Tomato fondue when we got home we were all sick and on the toilet! Lamentable and very long service 45 minutes to get the first drinks ultimately sought by us. Charged us for 1 bottle of red and 1 of white in excess, pitifully The waiter spilled a drink on one of our guests…. Zero experience we suffered the total for an amount of 50.- per person anyway 3rd and last time here promised

Great location, terrible service. It was impossible to order; when we finally did, half came wrong, and others were undercooked. It was a busy day, but it's no excuse since it's the restaurant's responsibility to have enough staff to serve all tables. Otherwise, don't even bother to put them.

Nous sommes allés manger entre collègues à midi. Tous le monde a été servis plus au moins en même temps sauf moi. J'ai du attendre environ 15 minutes de plus ... J'avais commandé 1 steak à point et il était saigant-bleu.. Concernant l'addition, cela m'a fait CHF 22.70 j'ai donné CHF 23.00 et je voulais pas forcément donner 1 pourboire. Bref, déçu...

Nous voici de retour dans cet établissement après 3 ans d'absence.Je relis un peu l'historique des commentaires postés et on peut observer que bcp sont negatifs sur le personnel de service.Et bien, là je dois avouer que le patron a bien gommé ce problème car la serveuse (avec son masque Gucci☺) fut particulièrement agréable et bien éduquée avec une excellente reactivité de service.La bourguignonne à gogo demeure encore une fois de toute 1ère qualité.Nous y retournerons certainementCordialement

Ein gelungener Abend im Kreise von drei Kollegen, zusammen Abendessen eingenommen, Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert, sehr freundliche und kompetente Bedienung durch den ganzen Abend. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt und sind alle Vier sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Delivery good. Ambiance outside neutral / good. Nice inside and on the terrace too, as well as interesting furnishings. A little too long of a wait on a beautiful Saturday afternoon.

McDonald's is a place where you can always count on impeccable service and a pleasant experience, and my recent visit was no exception. The waitress Naïma (sorry if I misspelled her name) was remarkable. When she saw my little sister in tears and wanting a McDonald's balloon, she went out of her way to get her one. Her attention to detail and empathy really made our day. Naïma's warm service and thoughtful gesture were the icing on the cake of an already great experience at McDonald's. It's because of people like her that we continue to choose McDonald's for our family outings. Five well-deserved stars for this memorable experience!
