After the new owner Kilian Henseler and the management of an external company Remimag Gastronomie AG, the Seehof is a disaster. Poor service in the restaurant, hotel guests are seen as a nuisance. We weren't allowed on the terrace for breakfast, the door was barricaded with 6 chairs. The breakfast wasn't 4 stars, you had to beg for another coffee, it was too bad for us again with such an unfriendly person. To redeem our voucher we went back to the restaurant after 2 weeks, the service was immediately poor, so it's standard there. Will avoid the beautiful place after 25 years. We have now taken the Alpenhof for Küssnacht to heart with its very good service, even if it cannot be compared locally. We have found a new lakeside hotel on Lake Lucerne, the owner runs the hotel, there are enough Swiss staff and they also train apprentices. Breakfast always on the lakeside terrace, coffee is served directly at the table, products are local, e.g. whole alpine butter, cheese from the alp, meat from the butcher, homemade jam, very good bread, plaited bread, croissants..., Prosecco... Direct access to the lake, you will be served even after swimming at the lake, staff well trained, very friendly, always helpful, an oasis of well-being. Prices are comparable to the Seehof. Plenty of free parking spaces in the underground car park. As a regular guest you get an additional 10% discount. Room 22sqm tastefully renovated with air conditioning, terrace or balcony, view of the lake without street noise. Great Nesspresso machine including capsules and chocolate, free water. But I won't reveal the hotel here. Dinner is excellent with normal prices. We will never visit the Hotel/Restaurant Seehof in Küssnacht again and are very happy to have found an alternative. Mr. Kilian Henseler should run the restaurant/hotel himself or sell it again, then the beautiful property will be worthy again. Remimag Gastronomie AG manages 24 hotels/restaurants in Switzerland. We have already had similar experiences, e.g. the Schifflände. We will avoid all restaurants/hotels that Remimag Gastronomie AG manages. The concept has two losers (customer and employee) and two winners (Remimag Gastronomie AG and owner), as I said, customers should not support this.

The Manager Chiara is super nice and competent. The team is ok too

We have school on the 4th floor, it is midsummer and the school does not have air conditioning in any room, let alone a fan. It is impossible to learn in such conditions.

I ordered there for the first time today and I'm super satisfied. The delivery was extremely fast, the food was hot and the bacon burger with extra cheese was very tasty. I will definitely order again.

View is spectacular, very beautiful place. Personal was friendly and helpful, they were busy but find the time to answear all the questions. Food was good too, prices are normal like everywhere else in Switzerland.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. An attempt has already been made to discuss this with employees, unfortunately without success. Food is only available in buffet format, although it is not stated what it is. Quality corresponds to frozen food, a real shame.
