More expensive than all other starbucks in the city, does not accept loyalty card and almost never have oat milk in stock.. just annoying

Very nice staff and good selection in the “kiosk”. Food is delicious. I've had much worse food outside of the cafeteria.

The Brazilian employee is totally unfriendly and she doesn't feel like working... cheeky with the guests...

It's been a long time since I've experienced such unfriendly and unprofessional service. No food or drink menu. Get apple spritzer and non-carbonated mineral water. We pointed this out to the lady and she didn't want to admit it. No card payment possible. Paid cash. The lady wanted to take the receipt with her as quickly as possible, you can imagine why. We insisted on our receipt. Never again, unless the tenant/staff changes. It's actually a shame, because the place itself would be very idyllic.

Das Personal des Restaurants ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausserdem kann man immer zwischen verschiedenen Beilagen wählen, was wirklich keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist, und ich dies deshalb sehr schätze! Auch das Essen selber schmeckt für eine Selbstbedienungs-Restaurant wirklich nicht schlecht, auch die Gerichte sind abwechslungsreich ausgewählt. Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt ist vielleicht, dass es bei den Sitzplätzen draussen recht lärmig ist, da eine grössere Strasse nebenan vorbeiführt.

Horrible, super nice weather and ice cream going out, how embarrassing. Very poorly organized queue 20 minutes for nothing. Disastrophic operation!!!!!

Waited 5 minutes while the cashier chatted quietly with her friend There were 5-6 people waiting, apparently they didn't care. I finally went elsewhere, it's simpler.

Even one star is too many. I am extremely disappointed. You can't bring them a huge basket that isn't even half full and instead give the rolls carelessly in a paper bag! The whole look was nothing like the homepage, which looked really great and I would have liked it. Fruits/berries were described, did I get an apple??!!! The rolls were tiny. Yoghurt instead of plain with skimmed milk powder! I didn't even get an order confirmation, i.e. I didn't know until 10 minutes before the time slot whether my breakfast would come at all... you can keep writing like this forever. No, I cannot recommend it and no, I will never order there again. It's not worth a single cent!!! Stay away from it!

The worst experience of my life! The burgers are really not good. The cheese and vegetables were missing. And the meat is filthy, very strong taste, consistency that resembles rubber and most certainly frozen!

Avoid. They take your order and the phone is answered by a non speaking German/English foreigner.

Eine saubere Toilette. Sehr sauber. Das Personal äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings, bei dem Preis zu erwarten. Auch zu erwarten wäre gutes Toilettenpapier. Man könnte eine BAZ oder 20min hinlegen, der Komfort wäre derselbe. Ausserdem verstopft die Toilette sehr leicht, was es unangenehm macht wenn man dem Personal mitteilen muss: Sorry, mein Stuhlgang war wohl der Toilette zu viel.
