Nous y avons fait halte pour manger un morceau en allant en Italie. Nous avons choisi un plat de pâte. Le goût, la qualité et la quantité étaient corrects, les prix aussi.

Quando arrivi all'esterno del ristorante quasi non ricevi un saluto, ti guardano come se dessi fastidio. Ad ogni domanda ricevi una risposta infastidita con tono aggressivo e molto maleducato.La moglie del proprietario è la maleducazione fatta persona, i camerieri sembrano arrabbiati con tutto il mondo ed estremamente stressati.Un consiglio al personale: se non amate quello che fate, cambiate lavoro.Un consiglio ai viandanti: andate altrove

Ordered food at 8, it arrived at 10.15 pm ! The food was pathetic in taste and felt stale. we could not even eat 50% of it. What a sheer waste of money ! Will never order from here in my life. Pathetic experience.

Per fortuna questo locale è stato abbattuto. Vergognosa la gestione, era locale dal potenziale enorme sfruttato in malo modo buio, sporco, personale infelice, cucina tutto gelo e cara e chi più ne ha più ne metta .Spero che ci costruiscano un locale degno di quella ambita posizione.

Coffee at 4.50 you ask for a glass of water possible fresh, the water is hot, very very expensive for coffee, I banned, definitively, in any case too much shop too expensive, to the best of my knowledge

Auf unserer Wanderung freuten wir uns, dass das Kiosk-Beizli der Badi Egg die Fahne gehisst und draussen die Menütafel (für Takeaway) aufgestellt hatte. Schon bald aber war uns klar, dass wir hier nicht willkommen sind. Die diensthabende Person (ist er Beizer?) war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und schien uns nur widerwillig bedienen zu wollen. Schliesslich - nach längerem Warten - fanden wir uns mit einer kleinen Pfütze lauwarmer Gulaschsuppe, etwas Kartoffelsalat, einer Wurst und etwas Brot - zu einem sagenhaft hohen Preis. Für das Wegwerfgeschirr fanden wir trotz langem Suchen keinen Abfallbehälter; damit der Wind den Abfall nicht wegtrage, entsorgten wir diesen in einem nahegelegenen, öffentlichen Abfallbehälter. Für uns wird die Badi Egg in Zukunft höchstens dann noch ein Thema sein, wenn wir unser Essen und alle Getränke von zuhause mitnehmen.

The service was so terrible it was funny! There were many things we could tell about (4 of us left without meals for 10 minutes while other 6 ate, the gluten free meal that cam with pasta instead of fries), but the funniest (strangest) was when it came time to order the dessert. The owner/waiter grudgingly allowed us to order either a dessert or coffee becasue it was late. For dessert only thing available was ice cream , and we all at the table had to order the same flavour! One of our party didn't hear the instruction and started to order his flavour of ice cream plus a coffee and the man shouted and ranted just like Basil Fawlty! Funny but totally ridiculous way to run a restaurant.We heard from the man who runs the accommodation at the hotel that they will leave in June....perhaps to a retirement home run by Sybille Fawlty or Manuel!

Lilly und Marcel Hofer haben die Terrasse, aber auch das Innere des Grottos, mit eigenen Möbeln aus dem "Graziella Brissago", ansprechend umgestaltet. Es ist ein angenehmes und freundliches, helles Ambiente entstanden. Während sich Marcel vorwiegend im Service engagiert, kümmert sich Lilly kompetent und speditiv um die Küche. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüsst und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die legendären und immer sehr feinen "Kalbsleberli mit frischer Rösti", und das "Piccata Milanese", waren leider schon ausverkauft. Es gab aber sehr schöne Pasta Teller mit einer wunderbaren Tomatensauce und frischem Parmiggiano. Auf der überschaubaren Karte finden sich warme und kalte Tellergerichte, die ansprechend präsentiert werden. Wir waren schon mal in diesem Grotto. Damals waren wir nicht sehr begeistert. Jetzt hingegen ist dieses Grotto zu neuem Leben erwacht, es weht ein freundlicher frischer Wind. Kinder sind willkommen, denn es gibt einen Spielplatz. Vorhanden ist auch eine gedeckte Boggiabahn - ideal für kleine Gruppen oder Familientreffen. Unsere Freunde führen ein B+B in Locarno Monti. Sie werden das Grotto Al Cort ihren Gästen für einen Tagesausflug empfehlen! Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, denn es war gemütlich, lecker und die Weine sind überdurchschnittlich gut. Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Bedienung freundlich, kompetent und aufgestellt.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und ist auf meine Allergien vorbildlich eingegangen. Das Essen war fein und wurde in kürzester Zeit gebracht.

Every single time I want to drop off a package from Päcklipunkt at k kiosk Theaterstrasse, I am rudely rejected. The device is broken and she cannot accept it. I am quite sure that this is untrue, which is what I said about the employee. She then said I was no longer allowed to enter the store. She was on my first name basis and when I wanted to know her name so I could complain, she refused and said she was the boss. Understood...

Coming from the south were large school is located, we found only take away and fast food for students, then was this restaurant that looked OK at first sight.The menu is Gnocci, Spaghetti or Pizza with a couple additional dish like sausage with french fries and a daily menu. We took the daily menu, lasagna and it was by far the very worst lasagna I ever had. There were almost no meat inside, instead was large piece of carrots barely cooked and a tremendous amount of very bad cheese that was doing string as we pull on it. I guess they use the same cheese on the pizza, so I would not recommend to try the pizza either. Maybe you best bet there would be the sausage with fries, what could goes wrong with that ?I'll not talk about service, what the point if they serve meal like than anyway.
