The service was slow, arriving at 6:30 p.m. and finally waiting for the main course at 8:30 p.m. which was not even ready, unacceptable to have waited so long with our 2 year old daughter to finally ask to take away and eat it at home at 9:30 p.m., if you have the patience to wait go eat there hahahaha however I do not recommend it for a family with young children. Very very disappointed with the restaurant. Quality level, high prices for what you have on the plate.

We eat very well and orders are always on time, the food is delicious and always arrives hot, thank you very much!

The Coop Restaurant offered very good quality beef entrecôte compared to other branches. The meat was served exactly as ordered, medium rare. The chef was friendly and the lady at the checkout was also very nice. Even though it was pretty crowded at lunchtime, we still found a place. The children's play area was cleaner than some other Coop restaurants, but still not exactly spotless. We paid 40 francs for two portions of beef entrecôte with plenty of side dishes and a drink. The Jamadu drink was free. Considering the good quality, the price was quite reasonable.

It's amazing how certain people weren't happy here. We were here for the first time yesterday. Friendly service, simple, cozy atmosphere and lots of tempting sandwiches and cakes. What we had was all very good, such as the ciabatta canape. Thank you!

There is always hot coffee here. Visiting Biel without having been to Rüfi is only a half-hearted visit

I ordered a rocket pizza. The pizza was okay - nothing more. What didn't work at all was the rocket, which I got moldy. It smelled as if it had been packaged straight from the garbage disposal.

Nous sommes venus un lundi midi, le service en français, fût sympathique et très professionnel.Nous avons pris le menu à 59frs et il fût très attractif ( boeuf homard veau) .Cuisson maîtrisée, beaucoup de finesse .Le plus est la carte des vins stratosphérique avec des prix imbattables.
