Very recommended restaurant in Interlaken

Love it. The best pizzas in Interlaken (I'm pretty sure we've tried them all). The pasta is also great. The team of Italians really know their stuff! Small dining area but nice.

Garden decor, well-spaced tables, attentive staff. The 8-course meal was an absolute delight. And with an extraordinary feature: absolutely ALL ingredients, fish, poultry, honey, fruit, vegetables, meat, come from the garden, the lake or orchards or farms located less than 50 km from the Victoria Jungfrau Hotel. A local, creative and absolutely delicious dinner! And the chef, Stefan Beer, comes in person to bring one of the dishes and explains each ingredient and cooking technique. A real plus!

During the winter break of the Brienz shipping company there was a restaurant inside a docked ship. Very original idea... The service was very friendly and was able to provide good information about the dishes advertised! Dishes were delicious, there was nothing to complain about. The price is on the higher end, but it still deserves 5 stars!

The desserts are very nice, the chocolate cake looks a bit like a mosaic cake, but the chocolate adds a very different atmosphere and it is delicious when eaten with cream. It was preferred by two people, but we finished it as one person. The taste of strawberry chocolate in the glass was delicious. I suggest we come and try it.

Dropped by this restaurant after reading raving reviews about their authentic Swiss offerings 😄 We ordered a Schweizer Rösti and Niidle - Schnitzel (pork), which were wonderfully plated. Rosti was baked till crispy (!!) so each bite had a good mouthfeel. Overall it was cheesy and ham-y. Also the sunny side up was runny which we loved 🫶 I’d say we enjoyed the schnitzel much more as it had many interesting textures and flavours. Pretty huge piece of pork, and each bite was juicy and tender. Went nicely with the creamy mushroom sauce. There was a heck lotta ‘shrooms, which were basically smooth, bite-sized bursts of flavour 🤤 The noodles were yummy, v silky smooth. I also liked the veg, which were grilled to softness.

The food is very delicious. Especially Tom Yum Made me miss a lot of Thai food 😊

We had the Indian style chicken fried rice and chicken Kottu, it was very delicious. The portion sizes were great too. The best meal we had in Interlaken.

Was very disappointed with food and service here. Restaurant was not clean, dirty glasses, cold rice and food smelled strange. Would not recommend

Super delicious food, it’s really well served and the staff is super nice! The bathroom is very clean and the space is really comfy. We recommend it a lot!
