Expect to receive supposedly unpaid bills from the Waldhaus after years, even though everything has been paid. So be careful to keep your invoices and Waldhaus receipts that you have received. (This generally applies to everything, keep for 10 years)

We arrived at the hotel at 7:20 p.m., instead of being greeted and welcomed at the reception, we were immediately insulted by the hotel manager!!! “In 10 minutes there will be nothing left to eat.” Although some people were still eating comfortably from the buffet. When there was still something, he came back to the dessert and said indecently: "The buffet will be closed in 5 minutes" Rooms were OK, toilet and shower were dirty! Food was OK but not very appealing. The staff was friendly, but the director was rude and indecent and arrogant!!!!! This should be canceled immediately. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all! I have never experienced anything like it!!! I hope you make changes for your future!

This is a self-service restaurant, luckily we visited in September so at least we didn't have to pay the entry ticket, but it was still very crowded. The food is quite basic and the choice is limited. Prices are high. After queuing up we still had to wait at the table until our food was prepared.

I think the ice rink and its opening times are very good for training. The staff is also very friendly 👍😃

We were thrilled by the cozy atmosphere. The food was very nicely prepared, we didn't have to wait forever and there wasn't too much time between the starter and the main course. The service was not intrusive, but very thoughtful, friendly and accommodating. If you want typical Swiss food, you will find it here too. Thank you, gladly again and only recommended. :-)
