Ich kann das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen! Alles andere als fünf Sterne wären aus meiner Sicht nicht angebracht, auch wenn nicht alles perfekt war... Das Hotel ist super gelegen (direkt am Bahnhof, Busse zum Skilift fahren also andauernd) und auch sehr modern, wirklich super! Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Für den Preis Alles in Allem einfach spitze! Abzug muss ich beim Frühstück machen, da dieses einerseits begrenzt ist und nicht gerade nennenswert lecker war.

Wir durften den Jahreswechsel in der Schwand verbringen. Wir wurden freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig. Das Etagenbad ist sehr sauber. Das gesamte Gasthaus ist mit viel Liebe und Details eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und sieht immer wieder was neues. Hier erkennt man die Leidenschaft von Kristin.Das Essen war hervorragend und lecker. Ein grosses Lob in die Küche (Nevzad und Marcel).Laszlo (Bedienung) war aufmerksam und immer zur Stelle. Wir haben diese zwei Tage in der Schwand genossen und können die Kritiken (unter der Gürtellinie) nicht nachvollziehen.Wir kommen sicherlich wieder und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.Liebes Schwand-Team.... Food was ok but not great some things weren't flavorful at all and others were just gross. I feel like it was not an authentic nationality cook

Great centre with plenty activities. Very warm inside the changing rooms and bathrooms during the winter which is so pleasant. The restaurant offers good food and quick service (reservation is recommended during lunch time). During the working days it is not crowded at all. Very comfortable for the whole family, also with young kids.

A beautiful piece of earth. Self-service, therefore “only” 4 stars for service. But when food is ordered at the counter, the food is brought to the table by the staff. The rating only refers to the outdoor terrace with fantastic mountain views. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We had stayed in hotel terrace with tour members for three days. It has beautiful location n atmosphere. Really enjoyed the food ,service n stay . We stayed there last May..

Very bad crowd management, 1h waiting for 2 fried eggs and a portion of fries. Waiters are nice and they work very hard but they have too many tables to manage.

Fr. 11.20 for a small portion of fries, mayo and ketchup. Is something like that normal?
