We went to the Relais des Reines one lunchtime and we were extremely disappointed with this restaurant which, however, looked very good on paper. When we arrived, a waitress laughed in our face for a reason that is still unknown to us today. We order unlimited raclette. After a few portions, we were told, without the slightest apology, that there was no more cheese. Reason: weekly closure of the restaurant the next day and they did not want to start a new cheese (cheese which was good, but not exceptional). Throughout the service, the staff was terrible. After serving us a few times, the waitress looked blasé and told us that there was almost no cheese left each time we asked for a new portion, even though we had taken the all-you-can-eat formula. As we left, the manager gave us a curt “goodbye” without turning her head in our direction. We weren't allowed a single smile during the entire meal. We strongly advise against this address which clearly has no sense of service. There are other much more welcoming restaurants in the area.
Al Capone in Verbier is renowned for its pizzas, but it also offers an exceptional cheese fondue as well as excellent escargots for connoisseurs. Although I have not explored the entire menu, being a particular fan of their fondue, the restaurant offers a good experience whether you are with family, couples or friends, ensuring that everyone finds something to enjoy. .
The first pizza I've had there in a long time.
The products are fresh, the quantity is rather generous and the pizza is cooked over a wood fire.
I recommend 😋
This lady clearly lacks a lot of professionalism, is very unfriendly and gloomy.
Furthermore, from what Madame tried to make us understand, it is that she has a problem with the French language!
We need to change jobs if we don’t like what you do, ma’am!
We have been going to Zermatt for 2 years, we will not forget to keep our positivity by avoiding this boring creperie.
However, the pancakes are ordinary, but good.
New discovery in Crans Montana. The 1900 was taken over by former students of the Ecole des Roche. The couple managing Edo, 14 Cors, Du Petit Paradis and so on have it all figured out: for me that’s called happiness at the table. Everything is there. service, food, reasonable prices, etc., that’s the pleasure of taste at the table. Dan
We organized our daughter's christening meal.
So many compliments to this team.
Part of the room was privatized for us, the set-up worthy of a great restaurant and extremely friendly service just for us.
As for the cuisine, one of the best fondues ever eaten, tender meat and a blueberry tart worthy of Val d’Anniviers.
Thank you Nancy for this great organization which greatly contributed to the success of this day.
We will come back
