Only reachable by skis or boards, the location is outstanding. We sat outside with a direct view of the Matterhorn. The rosti was especially great.

We had a perfect stay. We had unobstructed views from our balcony. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the hotel restaurant and spa are great too. Would highly recommend staying at this property if you are visiting Zermatt.

I have never been disappointed. The place is magnificent and it is the best hunting found in a hundred leagues around.

Very nice hotel with charm. Good cuisine and especially strong ginger punch. Very nice interior design and great view over Zermatt. Located right on the slopes and hiking trail. Rather upper price range. Clean 🚻 facility.

We loved the spa and the entire experience of staying here! The shuttle down to the bus was super helpful, and the food was delicious. The staff really goes above and beyond. We ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food quality was top notch.

Great service and cozy feeling. Decor across facility immerses you into the Swiss Alps. Love their breakfast and service of team member Silvana. Greatly recommend. We stayed in a room with a partial view of the Matterhorn. Be sure to use their shuttle service from the train station.

Nous avons eu la chance de vivre la réouverture du restaurant, dans sa nouvelle version, avec une soirée animée par une jeune chanteuse de rock-folk.Le menu du moment (menu unique pour tous les convives de la soirée) mettait en avant des produits locaux et de saison. Un menu coloré et savoureux de grande gastronomie.Le service se voulait apparemment décontracté, ce qui n'est à la base pas pour nous déplaire mais nous regrettons l'absence de présentation des plats et le manque d'échange, même lors du service des vins.
