It's a shame that the kulm closes the restaurant at 2.30 p.m....when the weather is nice...no more service...not possible at all

We went to 9 good restaurants during our vacation in Zermatt at the beginning of March. We liked Chez Max Julen best. Why? The food is always very good, the wines carefully selected, and the atmosphere around the open grill is really cozy. But what really made a lasting impression was the harmonious team led by Armin. The people in the service like and value each other and they work well together. This affects the guests. We will have fond memories of this teamwork!

I arrived at 1:30 p.m., and they accepted me. And I left before the customers who had arrived before left. Will make it very welcoming. The waiter had a very nice shirt. The carpet board is super good and super well presented. And above all delicious. I can already see myself celebrating my 70th birthday and privatizing the restaurant. Hydraulic framework. Very pretty WC, with period furniture. I came away with 38 - I'll definitely come back.

Very nice mountain hut that really does justice to its charm. Today we visited the Schäfeestube again for a long time after we were thrilled the last time we visited. I can say the enthusiasm continues. Great service from the boss herself. Extremely warm and charming. The food is varied, fresh and simply great.
