Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from the servers. I sat for approximately an hour, completely ignored while the servers were hopping around the restaurant. Granted, they were exceptionally busy since there were two servers managing approximately 100 people, but still outrageous. Please get more staff if you’re going to take on this many tables.

Small bistro in old Martigny, on 2 floors, in a pedestrian street, quite small but bright and very well decorated, with wood paneling on the walls, lots of character. Warm welcome, attentive, friendly and available service. Menu giving pride of place to risotto and tartare specialties, but with nuggets like gratinated marrow bones and mustard kidneys, which were absolutely fabulous. A little expensive (the bones as a starter at 18.-!!), but we don't shy away from our pleasure.

The experience at Nouvo Bourg was very disappointing. The atmosphere of the place is cold (the welcome and the service but also the temperature of the room). The choice of menu (3 menus offered on the menu) is in fact a single menu: all the dishes offered are the same, only one addition in the larger menu (risotto which increases the price particularly high). Overall, the dishes prepared are good, but there is no “fancy”, neither visually nor in taste. The vegetarian menu is very light, the Bayart menu is not copious. The expectations we had were not met. We had a good time because our table was nice, it saved the moment. We hope that the team will take our comments into consideration to improve the overall quality of the experience for future guests.

The best hotel with the best price in Leukerbad. I can't recommend other hotels with a pool because they are more expensive and if you go to the 2 large thermal baths there, you still pay for the thermal baths there. We stayed here, the rooms were very clean and the gentleman at the reception was very personable and gave us very good information, I can recommend it to everyone.

Treated ourselves to late afternoon spa here, followed by dinner and a 50min easy walk back to the village. Staff throughout the hotel were exemplary.. from front of house through to waiting staff. Certainly the best customer service I have ever received. It made for a stunning family evening out. Food was fabulous and we will definitely be back. 😊

An unforgettable stay in an enchanting setting! The guest room was warm and comfortable, offering stunning views of the snow-capped peaks. The restaurant offered delicious cuisine highlighting local products. The staff were attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this establishment for a mountain getaway!

Extremely underwhelming for a “5-star” hotel. Rooms are dated but big. Location is good. There is a very small pool that allows for 7-8 lounge chairs. Service: The staff smiles and seems polite but is incompetent for most basic things. The hotel offered to book private ski lessons for us. The ski instructor was not a good teacher and we gave that feedback right after the first session and asked to replace. The hotel did not indicate any issues with replacement or provide any feedback from the school. When we arrived the next morning fully expecting a new instructor and asked the hotel concierge / reception for the name of the new instructor. They told us they needed to find out. Turns out it was the same one. The hotel knew since the previous night and agreed with the school to keep them, the hotel provided no solution and planned to charge for a full day of private instructor when we didn’t want to ski with them. We had to contact the school ourself and work out a solution. Had we known we needed to do that, we could have avoided losing a whole morning of skiing. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a healthy partnership with the school and doesn’t care for its clients. Clients should book directly with the schools. Hotel should either own it’s services fully, or be transparent in telling the clients in working things out directly with the provider, or stop offering this service. We also asked the staff to make a reservation at a local pizza restaurant. They told us there was no availability. Having lost all trust, I decided to book directly with the restaurant and had no issues reserving the same night the hotel failed to do so (or maybe the staff didn’t care to even try). The unexpected positive is the polite and efficient shuttle drivers.
