Treated ourselves to late afternoon spa here, followed by dinner and a 50min easy walk back to the village. Staff throughout the hotel were exemplary.. from front of house through to waiting staff. Certainly the best customer service I have ever received. It made for a stunning family evening out. Food was fabulous and we will definitely be back. 😊

Extremely underwhelming for a “5-star” hotel. Rooms are dated but big. Location is good. There is a very small pool that allows for 7-8 lounge chairs. Service: The staff smiles and seems polite but is incompetent for most basic things. The hotel offered to book private ski lessons for us. The ski instructor was not a good teacher and we gave that feedback right after the first session and asked to replace. The hotel did not indicate any issues with replacement or provide any feedback from the school. When we arrived the next morning fully expecting a new instructor and asked the hotel concierge / reception for the name of the new instructor. They told us they needed to find out. Turns out it was the same one. The hotel knew since the previous night and agreed with the school to keep them, the hotel provided no solution and planned to charge for a full day of private instructor when we didn’t want to ski with them. We had to contact the school ourself and work out a solution. Had we known we needed to do that, we could have avoided losing a whole morning of skiing. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a healthy partnership with the school and doesn’t care for its clients. Clients should book directly with the schools. Hotel should either own it’s services fully, or be transparent in telling the clients in working things out directly with the provider, or stop offering this service. We also asked the staff to make a reservation at a local pizza restaurant. They told us there was no availability. Having lost all trust, I decided to book directly with the restaurant and had no issues reserving the same night the hotel failed to do so (or maybe the staff didn’t care to even try). The unexpected positive is the polite and efficient shuttle drivers.

Everything about this restaurant is great. The food and the environment are excellent, and Giuseppe is the best.

For the end of the season, Reduced offer at full price…! Despite very good snow conditions, very well prepared slopes and without any technical constraints, Teleovronnaz decided to close the main chairlift - the Col Express - during weekdays to save money, while continuing to sell passes at full price . As a result, children, beginners, and of course the people accompanying them, only have the big descent and the red Bougnone slope to spend the day, making the Petit Pré and Col Express slopes themselves (the two big ones improvements of the last 10 years for the wider public) inaccessible to these people. Avoid this at the end of the season if you are skiing with children or beginners.

Self service restaurant with nice selection of food at reasonable prices. Very clean and friendly staff. With a very large selection of Valais wines. Toilet facilities clean and well maintained. Terrace views are sensational when the weather is nice.

Magnificent location on the edge of a very pretty pond. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. A magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff as well as the managers were very friendly and smiling 😀 we really appreciated it. The little extra? The sauna and Turkish bath are available for reservation, which is very nice after a good day of skiing. We will return to this hotel without hesitation. Very generous and varied breakfast. The decoration with all these wooden animals is magnificent. The beer brewed on site was excellent.

15:00 CET and we were waiting for 30 mins for a coffee. When we asked the waiter replied very rude and we kept waiting… it’s very common in Zermatt from what we saw over the weekend

We always enjoy coming to this restaurant, whether summer or winter. As a homesick St.Gallen resident, I feel comfortable with Erich and the nice employees. Keep it up, it's wonderful with you, thank you💞

Excellent value for money, a 3* that deserves more. large and tastefully decorated rooms. Heartwarming welcome. A family hotel that knows how to entertain. We spent 2 very pleasant nights!
