Food was great - space at the table was too limited for a larger group. The service staff handled us rather than served us. A little more care and calm would be appropriate.

A pretty, warm chalet with a breathtaking view of the mountains, a superb welcome from the staff. I recommend the fondue, it is just incredible creamy and melting, the best I have eaten and the dessert, another recommendation for the white chocolate and red fruit cheesecake, a delight, we really enjoyed it.

The restaurant is super good!!! I recommend it 100% in terms of quality and price, it is worth it in the area.

Beautiful high quality hotel with equally high quality, attentive, friendly, professional, customer focused staff that genuinely add to the experience of staying here. It has a very relaxed vibe. The whole hotel is very modern and the rooms are very spaceous and very well equipped. We are here with young children and have been made very welcome. The pool and spa facilities are also exceptional. The breakfast offers lots of choice and the afternoon cake buffet is very nice after a day on the slopes.

Small bistro in old Martigny, on 2 floors, in a pedestrian street, quite small but bright and very well decorated, with wood paneling on the walls, lots of character. Warm welcome, attentive, friendly and available service. Menu giving pride of place to risotto and tartare specialties, but with nuggets like gratinated marrow bones and mustard kidneys, which were absolutely fabulous. A little expensive (the bones as a starter at 18.-!!), but we don't shy away from our pleasure.

The Hörnlihütte: 5 stars at 3,260m altitude. Everything is exceptionally good: the view, the food, the facilities and, above all, the warm and professional team! THANKS!!

We had a great stay at La Ginabelle. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we first arrived one of the staff gave us a tour of the hotel. Our ski bags were taken to the locker room and unpacked into the lockers. Our rooms were clean and had a nice view of the Matterhorn. The location is only a couple minute walk to the Sunnegga lift. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had lots of options, including freshly made omelets. Diyan at the bar made very good drinks and was extremely helpful (including getting ice bags for my wife after she hurt her knee skiing).

Very good food. Very friendly, courteous service, nice atmosphere with a lot of flair. Totally recommended!

The experience at Nouvo Bourg was very disappointing. The atmosphere of the place is cold (the welcome and the service but also the temperature of the room). The choice of menu (3 menus offered on the menu) is in fact a single menu: all the dishes offered are the same, only one addition in the larger menu (risotto which increases the price particularly high). Overall, the dishes prepared are good, but there is no “fancy”, neither visually nor in taste. The vegetarian menu is very light, the Bayart menu is not copious. The expectations we had were not met. We had a good time because our table was nice, it saved the moment. We hope that the team will take our comments into consideration to improve the overall quality of the experience for future guests.

The best hotel with the best price in Leukerbad. I can't recommend other hotels with a pool because they are more expensive and if you go to the 2 large thermal baths there, you still pay for the thermal baths there. We stayed here, the rooms were very clean and the gentleman at the reception was very personable and gave us very good information, I can recommend it to everyone.
