Personnel rapide et efficace.Carpaccio de bœuf à recommander, bruschetta tomate et mozzarella de buflonne exceptionnel.Le cabillaud est cuit juste nacré, les légumes sont apprêtés de façon originale.La panna cotta aux fruits rouges, le fondant au chocolat et la glace vanille sont vraiment excellents.

I bought pralines and truffles from Christian Boillat for the holidays and what can I say... just incredibly good! Their surprise brioche bread was excellent! As well as the top honeycomb! Well done!

I was disappointed with the quantity of chicken served compared to the price of the sandwich. I was expecting a more generous portion of chicken for the value I was paying. Chicken surcharge about 3.50 for not even 5 small pieces of Teriyaki chicken. I hope this concern will be addressed to improve customer experience in the future. Not recommended
