After a 50-minute walk from St. Moriz, you reach the restaurant. The capuns were served in a hot cast iron pan. I've never eaten better, and the cheese sauce was an absolute delight. At the end we were able to dunk the sauce with bread, which was served without any problems. I can warmly recommend it. It's really a burner and worth every franc.

Undoubtedly Bellinzona's finest! We recently went to this charming restaurant to celebrate a birthday: this restaurant is perfect for a quality dinner with friends! A perfect salad at its best and also well seasoned with excellent oil. The meat-based second courses were also very well prepared and even in the first course we noticed a general attention to the products that added to the pleasant taste of the dinner. The wine list is certainly also noteworthy: not too full, it presents a few but carefully selected wines, including in particular the Cantina Monti Cademario. The latter actually added to an already excellent dinner. The furniture is clearly arranged and creates a comfortable and elegant environment, but without appearing too classic. fact appreciated and which does not give any retro tones. Great place, the food was amazing.

It's pretty much everywhere here. Beef soup with flatbread: 9.40 chf tasted like lightly colored water, no meat or bones recognizable as an ingredient. Cordon blue was pre-cooked and kept warm, it was soft and matchy, which was a disgrace for 44 chf. I also got a halved cordon. My miserable half probably got someone else.

Various tartare also vegan. Very fine menus. Attentive service. Upscale ambience.

I met three other people there for dinner today. Unfortunately, the meeting was rather unfortunate and I left the restaurant early. But I would like to mention the absolutely nice and courteous behavior of the restaurant. I was intercepted straight away and very kindly offered to let me take the food with me. They responded in a very exemplary manner to the rather special and unpleasant situation and I was able to enjoy the meal later at home. The food was fantastic. I'm not actually a vegetarian, but I chose a vegan menu which tasted excellent. It was my first time eating there, I would eat there again at any time and can recommend the restaurant to everyone.

The food is very, very tasty and prepared in the traditional way a la Mama that you don't find that often these days. The staff is warm and welcoming. The ambience is excellent as it should be in Bella Italia. Simply fantastic
