El menú vegetariano es el mejor que hemos probado en Suiza y uno de los mejores del mundo. Finalement un endroit chaleureux à Loèche-les-Bains où l’on ne mange pas comme à la gare les jours de grande affluence : cosy, avec musique agréable en arrière-plan, sans enfants qui te sautent sur la tête. Nous y sommes allés pour diner léger avant Aqua Mystica, ouvert à 17.00 déjà ! Voilà pourquoi nous n’avons mangé que salade (correcte) et soupe (vraiment comme chez grand-mère !). Il y avait aussi qqs familles qui dinaient tranquillement. Enfin une bonne alternative aux endroits démocratiques de Loèche-les-Bains tels que Choucas ou Pizzeria Giardino

Small, quiet hotel with completely renovated rooms.

I come here every year in my vacation. Untill now it was always good. This year i was really dissapointed. Especially the service was bad! We waited more than an hour for our starter and where without wine for more than 1.5 hour. Unfriendly, no attention. Directly had to pay after dessert. Food was not bad but very small portions and very high price. I come never again after this experience.

Bien plus qu'un hôtel, c'est une famille qui vous accueille comme des invités! Tout est charmant tant dans le décor style chalet bien adapté au cadre, que dans l'accueil. Madame se donne bien du mal pour répondre à nos questions et nous conseiller. Les hommes sont aux fourneaux et offrent des mets savoureux et raffinés. Peu nombreux en ces circonstances difficiles, nous avons apprécié le calme. A savoir que l'hôtel est très bien situé sans vis à vis. Vraiment, nos hôtes méritent votre soutien. N'hésitez-pas, vous ne serez pas déçus! Nous reviendrons!

Discovered the restaurant thanks to the very positive comments. It’s our turn to leave one. Restaurant in a small village behind a small square with a magnificent view. We clearly loved it! We didn't know about the winegrower's fondue and it's a guaranteed success, delicious and unlimited meat. Fast service, A restaurant to recommend for its view, the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the cuisine. This time we will come back to taste an Edelweiss fondue.

a friend and I recently visited a restaurant. The place and the food were really excellent. The service was also very friendly, except for one server. When she found out about our origins, her behavior suddenly changed and she served us in a very unfriendly and arrogant tone. We recognize that this behavior is not representative of the people in the region. However, we will not be returning to this restaurant for this reason. For me, openness, respect and tolerance towards guests regardless of their origin are very important. If these values ​​are not lived in a restaurant, I prefer other places.

Fantastic bakers and cafe. Perfectly situated walking distance from the main parking area at the lake. Delicious local specialties for anyone with a sweet tooth.

We stopped here on our last night in Zermatt, looking for a later night quiet dinner to wrap up our trip. We did not expect this to be the best dinner we had in our two week vacation. The truffle pasta, and steak frites were both incredible. I will dream about this pasta for the rest of my life. We also had crème brûlée and the hot chocolate, both blew our mind. Ronny was such a fun and engaging server who made us feel valued and right at home. It was an incredible experience.

This was the far best stay we ever had in our lives, and trust me we've stayed in well-know 5 star hotels all around the world. Let me start with the exceptional staff, from their greeting till end our journey they were so helpful, caring and attentive. I've never experienced a service this wonderful and felt care towards their customers. Not to mention they helped us with all our reservations, picked us up from the train station. Rooms are exceptional, beds are comfy and appealing to the eye. Before visiting, we weren't sure if the hotel design was what we were looking for, after entering our room, we realized that it has its own aura captivating the visitor. Something I can't really explain but need to be experienced. Might be considered as a small gesture but the bourbon in the room was exceptional and we had a glass or two every day after skiing. Made us relax even more and enjoy our time. Breakfast was fantastic, I was looking towards it everyday. My favorite was the avocado egg dish. Yet again, the staff was wonderful. Spa can get crowded but everyone is respectful and makes the experience smooth. Two sauna options with a stream room and an amazing hot tub looking at Matterhorn. Go as early as you can to see the mountain :) Location is fairly easy and in the middle of the city, you can walk to ski lifts and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Being above everything else makes it a bit more special with an unforgettable view and calm good night sleep. Can't wait to go back. Hopefully Omnia will be our yearly stop.
