The preceding comment is dead right: "They have managed to take a successful asian fusion restaurant and turn it into an overpriced average restaurant. Service was slow, the menu was lacking in inspiration, the wine list non existent". No manager around to pay attention to the running of the place. Portions are tiny. Ready made pastries for dessert took 20 mn to arrive. It's a pity because it's a nice terrace with a view but clearly management doesn't care to fix this place.

I returned with a friend to this great restaurant. Reservation made the day before specifying my diet, which was scrupulously followed. A big thank you to the cook for that! It's very nice that he comes at the end of the meal to chat for a while with each table. The service is, as always, impeccable. We had a good laugh with the waitress. I will go back there !

We went to lunch at l’Etoile… The problem is not the quality but the price. A glass of Croze Hermitage at…..17 francs… The reception surprised us a little when my friend asked for the card the “waitress” looked annoyed and got slightly angry!.. I said to myself: “hello welcome”!.. Then it got better. The boss is nice but it’s still a bit expensive…

Magnificent evening spent in this restaurant. This was the 4th time I went there and each time the menus offered are incredible. Pure taste moments. The quality of the dishes, the service, the chefs who come to introduce themselves.... everything is there. Thank you for taking us on a journey every time.

We went with 8 people and got a private room. We chose a surprise menu of 2 appetizers, 1 main course and 1 dessert. The decoration of the dishes was basic, however, every dish tasted good. Ps. The service was slow, we could understand that the main dining room was crowded and busy but we had to serve wine by ourselves

Being a Michelin star-virgin, I didn't know what to expect but whatever those unknown expectations were, Le Pérolles met them all. Exquisite cuisine combined with impeccable, charismatic service. It’s all in the details. I’m sure I’ll go back some day. The only thing I likes less was the interior... too much cold, grey white... the opposite of Swiss chalet style warmth. Nevertheless, if you have something to celebrate or just want to experience haute cuisine... Le Pérolles is highly recommended.

The best food that we had in Switzerland was here! I had the sole and my husband had the steak. The crepes were divine. We were able to sit by the window and watch the sunset.

Very harmonious and hospitable place, attentive but reserved service, extensive menu, fine dishes, very good Bordeaux house wine, strong espresso. All in all, well coordinated with top price/performance - always happy again.
