Very good personal service. Nice Settings. Excellent lunch menu with very competitive pricing. Worth both for casual and more festive dining. Coming back regularly for sure.
After checking in at 4 p.m. we wanted to move into the room. Oh shock, the room wasn't tidy and they forgot to prepare it. The second thing we had to realize was that it was not the south-facing panorama room we had booked and confirmed, but that we had been allocated a room with a north-east orientation. We immediately intervened at reception, with the result that the room was prepared immediately. The argument of an upgrade with a larger area was used to change the allocation of rooms. However, we weren't happy with the room, but we still had to acquiesce and, disappointingly, accept it.
The breakfast buffet corresponds to the standard of a 3-star hotel. However, the staff seems to be overwhelmed and not technically trained. The buffet was not kept up to date and the tables were not cleared after leaving. When you spoke to the staff you got negative answers. There is an enormous need for action here! We were very disappointed with the hotel stay. Basically, the rooms would be pleasantly furnished and the bathroom would be clean and attractively equipped.
Finally a restaurant/delivery service that offers gluten-free. For years I have been looking for a delivery service that lists the allergens and ingredients in its products. Simply great for someone with a wheat allergy/gluten intolerance! The gluten-free pizza was very good and I will order it more often now. Great dough, good topping. A great gluten free pizza. You don't find something like that often. If there were still gluten-free pasta options, I would be in heaven. Maybe this can also be included as a variant on the map? Thank you for the good dinner.
Very nice host,
Just “old school”. Simple rooms, but extremely clean. Breakfast very extensive. Nice employees at the bar. A place to feel good. All the best and kind regards from the Züri Unterland.

A month ago I went there to buy a calzone. The woman who was there was super rude, but I told myself that was normal, maybe it wasn't a good day.
Today my wife went to this pizzeria, my wife orders a pizza and before she orders the drink she tells the lady 10 francs, 10 francs!! I mean wait until they order the drink and then charge for it, but no! you must be rude
Then when she paid she was rude again and asked my wife if she spoke Spanish, to which my wife replied in her perfect German, “Yes, why?”
Finally
She didn't cut the pizza
The pizza was overcooked
This pizzeria is a dream,
For my part, I will never buy a Coca-Cola there again.
I was there on Sunday morning. The employee was very nice and served me courteously. The coffee was excellent and I had the tomato mozzarella sandwich, which was fresh and tasted delicious. Feel free to try out more things on your next visit
