BIG DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS HOUSE! We have been eating here as locals for over 18 years. It goes without saying that our tables always cost +1000 CHF or more for a meal. We have never eaten here with less than 6 people. Today, on our fourth brunch visit this year, one of our guests had to be admitted to the hospital the evening before. When we arrived at brunch, this was immediately communicated to the service staff. When we finished eating, the deputy restaurant manager came and told us that we had to pay for the 6th place because we hadn't canceled it. There appears to be a waiting list of over 50 people. The funny thing is that there weren't enough registrations to open Namun??!! They were asked about these circumstances and were immediately told that it would not be worth opening the Namun for just 50 people. We are deeply disappointed in the way we treat well-paying customers. At the same time we receive a voucher for an amount that we are now supposed to pay first. This will by far be the last time we visit the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Absolute no-go for such a hotel/restaurant. By the way, the payment process with the homemade circumstances took over 50 minutes. That was the peak.

Very friendly service, but the Cordnobleus from the Cordonbleu week were most likely finished and frozen products, at least that's how they tasted. This would be okay for a price of 15 francs, but it cost just under 40 francs

Wonderful place!!! Very friendly service and the food was extremely delicious. Everybody enjoyed the place and the food.(Table for 6 people). Definitely we will go again. Pura vida 🇨🇷

Very friendly, down-to-earth employees. Well-kept atmosphere, great selection of dishes - suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The food tastes very good and the price/performance is great!

The food is really very tasty. I can highly recommend the pizzas. Allergies are addressed very well. The restaurant itself could be better decorated inside. The staff was rather overwhelmed at lunchtime.

I waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the pizza. However, the supplier politely apologized. Pizza was good.

Location top - food and room flop

Was in this hotel for 2 days with a wonderful view of Lake Constance. Very nice welcome, friendly service and wine advice from competent waiters. Delicious meal. I will definitely visit this place in the summer when you can use the large garden terrace by the lake.

Good restaurant especially in summer because of the location. You can enjoy the great views from Rapperswil Promenade. The food is generally very good and there is a large selection of meat, vegetarian and fish dishes. There are also 2 lunch menus every day. I would give another 5th star if my schnitzel was even better and crispier. After all, a great option for Rapperswil.

Price-performance ratio is not right here. No buffet in the evenings during the week. Service was friendly. Not recommendable. We won't be coming back. A pity

Op een maandagavond was dit restaurant gelukkig open. We zijn lekker op het terras gaan zitten en de bediening was uiterst vriendelijk. We namen vleesgerechten en het smaakte erg lekker. De desserts zijn heel smaakvol. Er wordt echt aandacht aan besteed.

Die 1 Bedienung die unser Essen aufgenommen hat war sehr freundlich und die Getränke wurden auch sehr schnell Serviert. Das Lokal war auch sehr überfüllt. Dann ist das Essen gekommen, was auch sehr lecker aus sah. Nach einem kurzen Blick sah ich das in meiner Sose Pilze waren. Okay habe ich mir gedacht dann sammelst du sie ebend raus, aber natürlich hat alles nach Pilz geschmeckt, selbst das Fleisch. Die Spätzle die es dazu gab waren auch nicht sonderlich lecker. Ich habe dann mein Essen an die Seite gestellt bis eine Servicekraft gekommen ist und gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung wäre. Daraufhin habe ich gesagt das, dass Essen einfach nicht schmeckt und vor allem das ich nichts mit Pilzen bestellt habe und es auch so nicht auf der Karte drauf stand. Dann sind nur so fragen gekommen wie sie Essen aber schon wild usw. Anstatt mir dann neues Essen zu bringen beziehungsweise mir das Essen zu bringen was ich bestellt habe, habe ich nur blöde Blicke bekommen und das Essen wurde mitgenommen ohne eine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Nein man berechnete uns trotzdem den vollen Preis. Im groben und ganzen waren alle überfordert.
