Good and rich food. The food came very quickly and was delicious and was still nice and warm until the end. The service from the gentleman was very friendly and reserved. Conclusion; Lunch with drink 21.00 Fr. Top

Stiff, mercantile, unfriendly, coin-operated service experience both in the cafe and bar, as observed in about 20 visits over past 6 years. Expensive. Coffee is prepared without love (try la stanza instead). Why then go there at all? Because of the proximity to the main train station, where good cafe service experiences are also rare. It could be so much better, but my prediction is this place gives you exactly what the owners intend, and nothing will change.

Authentic, tasty, friendly, decent value for money. In addition to the quick and attentive service, we noticed the perfect pizza (available small or large and gluten-free) and the tasty sauce on the salad. The tiramisu is absolutely as it should be, homemade and big! We would be happy to come back.

The starter Lamb Shish Kebab and main courses Lamb Karahi and Chicken Briyani were TOP!!! Unfortunately, dessert was very bad. We had ordered Rasamalai, unfortunately it wasn't as usual. The service was TOP. I'd love to come back🙂

Nice little café in Zurich, with great service, the café or even an aperitif are great. The Pinsa taste great and the world's best brownies are also available here 😋

We ate well, service was very friendly, parking space in the Coop building was fine, always there with up to 10 people in front of Theater Friesenberg,

Ordered roast duck and shrimp as main dishes with pork dumplings as starters. Main dishes were fine, no problem. The pork dumplings however were absolutely disgusting, they tasted like they were seriously rotten, hence the 1 star.

Authentic, refined, grounded, fresh, subtle lunch food. Lunch Menu options were perfect!

There are different dining areas, I prefer the old rooms with the low ceiling and the few tables in one space. Of course there are others who like the loud and chatty atmosphere, not for me thank you. The individual dishes are prepared with an intense level of attention and care. The service is very good, though I prefer waitresses and waiters to be dressed more discretely, less like young fashion conscious individuals, we are not guest in a restaurant to focus on how the waiting service is dressed. While the selection of wines is superb and the economic logic of such restaurants is clear, there is something asymmetric when the food is relatively cheap in comparison to the wines, which, while having been seleccted by the sommelier of the restaurant, nevertheless renders the work of the kitchen significantly less valuable. It was therefore interesting to see the regulars refraining from drinking wine altogether and opting for either beer or water. It should also be noted that the community of Kilchberg, that owns the historic building, has rented it to the restauranteur at a very low rate.

We love this restaurant and are regular visitors. The food, the service and the wine + wine cellar are great and always worth an experience!

The pictures of the food from other reviews do not match our experience. We spontaneously went there in the evening. We found the atmosphere to be uncomfortable, with the chef constantly running back and forth in a stressed manner. We ordered pizza and pasta and waited more than 45 minutes for it. The pizza didn't look appetizing, we didn't particularly like it and the pasta was just edible. The cola was non-carbonated. But the service was very attentive and friendly. We won't be coming back.
