Extraordinary food, prepared and served with a lot of love. In addition to meat and fish, there are also many vegan options that are also super creative and delicious. The staff is extremely friendly and is there for the guests with passion. The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside and there are a few tables outside (unfortunately right on the street). All desserts are homemade, including ice cream and sorbets.

Absolutely brilliant, the boss is GREAT. Saturday evening, packed, ashtrays full, people in a good mood, and the boss Miguel manages everything alone and confidently!! Respect, cool atmosphere and great neighborhood pub.
We ate the famous charcoal, not disappointed it was very good. Sufficient quantity of top accompaniments. I recommend. Too bad a little too much noise given that the room is small and there were quite a few people. But I recommend good quality meat, home fries, everything was good
5 courses (without pre-dessert and without cheese) for 268.-. The repeated asking whether we would like to order additional courses or cheese bothered us a bit. We particularly enjoyed the amuse bouches at the aperitif and at the start of the menu. Unfortunately Silvio Germann wasn't there. Overnight stay in the gable room with a view towards Säntis: delicious snacks in the lounge in the afternoon (apple cake, onion quiche). Unfortunately, breakfast is only available until 10 a.m. Very nice, large smokers lounge, we were even there alone on a Saturday evening after dinner.
