This fast food was my worst memory from the beautiful trip to Lugano. The waiter was the rudest person I have ever met. The food was also cold and not tasty. I do not recommend this place. Tourists should not equate the bad behavior of the owner with the beautiful Swiss hospitality.

I was working as a girl in the club atmosphere. (The owner is the same) The barmaid Zelia always wanted me to drink and drink champagne so that the guest would order another bottle. I was promised that I would create an employment contract and a fixed salary of 2300CHF per month + commission on champagne. At the end of the month I only got the commission and had no employment contract. Women are also allowed to provide sexual services there without permission. Not a recommended club to work at. The guests are just being ripped off there. Please don't tell the club owner that he has the permits. There is also nothing registered with the police that says a girl would like to provide sexual services in this club
