We bought a system from Kolb in 2020. At the end of 2023 we are on the 4th compressor failure, two total failures of the refrigerator, Pat system 1+2 and the freezer. After the repair... Technician forgets to adjust the skin power switch... again complete failure. The next morning Kolb visits, our cooler (always 5 degrees is never adjusted) is at -18 degrees the next morning
Kolb is of the opinion that their mongers are reliable and didn't change anything..........(Only Kolb employees were present)

Sehr unfreundlich mitarbeiter heisst martin er ist sehr unfreundlich und auch schon vor corona. Er behandelt menschen nicht gut und niemand sagt etwas oder traut sich nicht! Traurig .sonst club schön und essen war auch sehr gut.
Disastrous service if it were possible I would give zero stars. Was here twice now for coffee and each time it was the same, the service staff didn't say hello and instead of serving the guests, the breakfast buffet was cleared by two people. Service only came after we asked if we could order something. We also had to complain because not all the drinks came. You can only pay when you go to the checkout yourself.
The kebabs are delicious, the service is friendly. Fits so far. The atmosphere is rather lukewarm, but it's fine for a quick lunch. You can park at Aldi.

I ordered a menu and two burgers were missing, when I called the man said he didn't have an order from us even though we had the bill in black and white very cheeky and disrespectful best of all no star no shame never again!!!! I RECOMMEND YOU NOT WASTE MONEY….!!!!!
