We were here for dinner and it was excellent. Enjoyed the deer salad and cordon bleu with chili, delicious! The wine “Demuerte 2019” went wonderfully with it! Thanks to the very good cuisine and the friendly service!!

The food is good, there are still menus on the menu that you can't find everywhere anymore. Old style restaurant, but I like that. Prices rather cheap.

Very dignified hotel with a jazzy ambience. The rooms are also very attractive and sufficiently large. You generally feel like you've been stylishly transported back to the 1940s. The restaurant and breakfast room have a great ambience with a view of the Alps. Outside you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a cold drink in a beautiful garden. Bern's city center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes.

Luckily I wasn't too hungry but I had a large wallet with me. The portions are definitely too small in relation to the price! Tartar was very special, not really my taste. The only piece of meat on the menu was very tasty, but to fill you up you would have had to order 3 pieces (price a 32.-). Gnocchi (as a side dish) were burnt and dry. The waitress didn't even ask if it tasted good, which is a shame. All in all, it was an extremely expensive appetizer.

We had lunch in the restaurant. The daily menu (venison slices) was a large portion and delicious. Price-performance tip top. The veggie dish was also impressive. Express service. We recommend.

I had the pleasure of taking part in a coffee masterclass at the Nespresso Boutique Bern and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Our trainer Stefan was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and committed. He led us through a fascinating journey of coffee, from bean to cup, and gave us valuable insights into the world of coffee enjoyment. The interactive nature of the masterclass allowed us to taste different coffee types and recipes and understand how different roast profiles affect aroma and taste. Stefan's enthusiasm for his craft was infectious and made the session an unforgettable experience. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the boutique was welcoming and the entire team was extremely courteous and professional. I can recommend the Coffee Masterclass at Nespresso to anyone who wants to deepen their love of coffee and learn more about the art of enjoying coffee. Many thanks to Stefan and the entire team for this wonderful experience!

Great service, good cuisine, very friendly in a fantastic location.

Price/performance are excellent. Traditional food from Switzerland is presented in a very visually appealing way. Unexpected items such as smoked celery carpacio with balsamic vinegar are also served as an amuse bouche. Highly recommended. The great 3-course Valentine's menu gave us a great evening and we were completely satisfied.

Nice cafe especially in summer it is wonderful. However, this makes the place very popular and you often can't find a space or have to queue for a long time. But I always like to come back.
