Yesterday Saturday we ordered a Chateaubriand for ourselves. What we were served was like something from another planet! It was just fantastic. From the meat to the vegetables and the pasta and the fried croquettes to the sauces - simply GREAT! I'm not exaggerating when I say here and now: I'VE NEVER HAD A CHATEAUBRIAND THAT TASTY!! - Unfortunately there are no more stars to give out; she really deserved the WHOLE EMPLOYEES -- - Still an excellent restaurant where EVERYTHING IS RIGHT!

Rundum ein Genuss. Fabian Mauerhofer und das ganze Team vom Ziegelhüsi haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem kulinarischen Top-Erlebnis gemacht. Vom Tatar, über das Kotelett vom Duroc Schwein bis zur Dessertkreation Pretzel ein Gaumenschmaus. Das Restaurant kann nur empfohlen werden und wir sind sicherlich schon bald wieder dort anzutreffen. Macht weiter so.

Ordered a croissant with bacon and scrambled eggs and chips. The croissant was very small, two strips of bacon and very little scrambled eggs (one egg maximum) - everything was cold and served on a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. The chip portion was huge. I would have liked it to be the other way around since it's about brunch. The menu said "with lettuce and tomatoes" - it had exactly one leaf of lettuce and one slice of tomato. For CHF 22.-- absolutely excessive, unfortunately. We won't be coming back and can't recommend it.

Best restaurant in the area. Finally a real Italian restaurant. Highly recommended and many fine dishes. The owner is a really great and friendly person.

Nice place to eat real good food less expensive than elsewhere in Bern. Beware you have to make a reservation during the weekends to be sure to have a table. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. The immediate surrounding is gloomy but once inside the building, it is quite nice with all the colorful graffitis.

Great ambience, nice staff, I always like tea in a pot, good menu, we were very satisfied and will come back.

Really great welcome, atmosphere, dishes well prepared and presented. We had simple dishes but seeing the wonders passing by we would have eaten everything. Excellent service, with a smile and good advice. Everything great 🤩
