My experience at the NH Hotel in Bern was excellent. The location in the center of the old town is perfect for exploring the city. The hotel is very well maintained and we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely detail for my birthday: they offered us sweets and drinks at the bar for my husband, my two children and me. The staff's attention was very correct and friendly, especially with the guests. children. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, we loved our stay and would definitely return.
I had an unpleasant situation. I lost my gift card while checking out. To this the cashiers did not respond in any way and said they could not help and when asked if someone had stolen my card they refused. I am very dissatisfied with the Coop store salespeople

The waiter was totally unfriendly and just wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible.
Appeared like pigs who throw everything away.
Ordered wine, food and dessert for a lot of money.
Luckily there are other restaurants.
Unfortunately not recommended at all:
- In the shower the drain smelled like a sewer (no exaggeration)
- The smell in the shower definitely comes from the drain - and not from the mold in the shower
- The shower had a faulty seal on the door - a medium flood in the bathroom every time. The reception seemed to be aware of the problem. So why nothing was done about it is unclear to me.
- Even the stopper in the sink is missing.
- 3 days without sunlight: Unfortunately, because the blinds were broken (and closed), no daylight could enter the room.
Despite reporting the defects to reception, nothing was done. We could not be offered a replacement room. Maybe all rooms are equally bad?
Best restaurant in Wengen. The service is great and the food is amazing with a large menu. You need to book this restaurant though, else you wont get in. i recpmmend this restaurant.

Da Sie leider nicht auf unsere Email reagieren, wenden wir uns über diesen Weg an Sie. Wir haben am 5.Juni 2021 ein Tisch für 2 Personen im ChaCha (Westside) 17.30Uhr bestellt. Als Speise hatten wir 1xReisnudeln mit Poulet(ca.26 CHF) , 1xSalat Mango Avocado (ca. 24 CHF) und dazu 2x Ingwer Zitronentee (2x5.50CHF). Ihr Kollege zeigte uns nur rasch auf seinem Tablet den Betrag von 72 CHF. Er gab uns keine Rechnung nichts. Wir waren uns sicher, dass dieser Betrag nicht stimmen kann und beanstandeten dies bereits bei Ihnen.
Wir sassen an einem 2er Tisch direkt mit dem Rücken am Fenster Ihrer Terrasse und bitten Sie abschließend freundlich, uns innerhalb von 3 Werktagen das Geld zurück zu überweisen. Andernfalls sehen wir uns leider gezwungen uns an den Kassensturz zu wenden.

Even when they give me a plate, they throw it away and don't even give me a knife. I thought the cappuccino was watered. Why is this place called a good restaurant? Koreans, don’t go lol.
