Good day Our visit from March 30, 2024: The food was delicious, but we had to wait a long time. At first it took 10 minutes until we received the menus - but we already looked online and ordered directly. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for 2 pizzas, which is really too long. Pizzas are delicious, but somehow it's not fun. I rated the service 2/5, this is not because of the service that was there, but because of the service that wasn't there. It seemed to me like there weren't enough staff. The Margherita pizza had an unbaked piece of salami on it, this can happen, it's not a big deal, but if it's not noticeable in the kitchen, the service should notice it. But they were probably too stressed or, as they themselves called it, flow.

Great bathroom. Good facilities for the children. Great restaurant with Asian dishes, pizzas, etc. And for a few years now there have finally been enough swimming lanes for competitive swimmers.

There is no elevator and the lobby space is small. Go in alone first, check in, and then guide you back to the bus. -No coffee pot use in the room, no food, no smoking, be quiet, etc. You can use the coffee pot yourself at a bar on the first floor. Beware of local residents reporting! Swissness. Be careful as the stairs from the 1st to 3rd floors of the rooms in the main building are narrow and difficult to walk without a bag. The separate building is big and nice. I carry my bag when I go up♡ Dinner restaurant 0th floor/ Breakfast restaurant 1st floor - Must check Don't give me the Wapa password for 1 euro and then give me a connection!!! Card key key key varies from room to room. The gate is closed at night, so be sure to take your card key with you when you go out. The employee left the room key after work, no response! Turn on the radiator directly in the room When you leave the room, nag me to close the window, turn off the lights, etc. The employees are very nice and great grandmothers.

Perfect for slowing down: Everything is just right in this hotel! The employees are all very warm - you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service and quality impeccable. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean with wonderful views of the mountains. It's also great that you can reserve the sauna and have it all to yourself during this time. Thank you for the wonderful stay - we really enjoyed it and would love to come back! ☺️

The food is excellent and the price is right too! You just can't expect a huge portion, this is gourmet cuisine!

Very socially mixed restaurant, with some very exciting and special guests and also a balance of German and French. Always good for interesting and lively discussions with strangers or the many regular guests of more mature age, over morning coffee with rolls or with a fine and usually home-style daily menu. What should be highlighted is the highly committed management by the two Maurer sisters and the excellent and friendly service from all employees, although I would like to personally mention Gloria, Celeste and Alex. The opening hours with 364 days from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. are also very practical and remarkable. It is challenging to manage and operate a restaurant with this wide range and very diverse guests at this level at such a location, but the whole team does this excellently here with a lot of passion and social sensitivity. Unique in Biel in this respect. Bravo

Top gastronomy! Excellent, diverse selection of food. Very fresh and good. Very friendly and pleasant service and trained staff. The restaurant and terrace are stylishly furnished with enough space for guests. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! Price/performance is also right! Keep it up!

A wonderful place for a day trip in Gstaat... in the Bernerhof Restaurant/Hotel...we found this restaurant in a side street with a large terrace where we had lunch...The staff was very friendly...
