Horrible experience, poor attention from a reception staff member when calling and upon arrival. All our belongings were stolen from the car parked at the hotel's parking lot. There's no insurance, the hotel doesn't take responsibility. They did send back some items they found, but it's concerning to know they don't have theft insurance, they don't care about guest safety, and they refuse to take responsibility. We even had to pay for the parking where we were robbed, 40CHF, unbelievable!

Very idyllic restaurant with charm in the "Alpine Chick Style" and fine cheese dishes🧀, large fondue selection and raclette cheese from Renzo Blumenthal! Nice service and friendly welcome from the boss himself😊....not exactly cheap prices, but the price/performance ratio is right!! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the Lucerne area....😉

I ordered a salad that was mixed. Visually very nice, but unfortunately the bottom salad was far too lame. My suggestion, the green one in the middle and the others all around. Thank you very much

Friendly staff, fair prices, good to very good products, the best vermicelle in the region, the selection of small rolls could be even more varied (corn rolls, etc.).

3.D glasses are all scratched from cleaning and spoil the enjoyment. Of the 3 locations, the ticket can only be purchased at 1 location, the others are reserved for film screenings and information. Laborious

Definitely more like “just” a bistro! We just love being here! No matter whether we feel like good food in a relaxed atmosphere or whether we just want to enjoy the feeling of a cool bar with good music and fantastic drinks later at night. The waitresses are always friendly, relaxed and quick. It's definitely worth stopping by and seeing for yourself.

There is self-check-in here if you book online, so you can check in later in the evening. Rooms are good. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet offers little for vegans.

Great view, very fine food. Hopefully this will continue in August. We already miss the hospitality and the fine food.
