It's more "Balkan flavors" but "the gallows". The meat is of very good quality, we tested the mixed charcoal galore: chicken, beef and horse. Being a fan of tartare and given the quality of the meat in the charcoal, it could only be killer. I fell from a height... The meat was indeed very good, but the seasoning was a disaster, incipid, no taste, fortunately I had asked for it, it gave a minimum of taste. Charbonnade proves you go there with your eyes closed, but skip the tartare. Please note, the timetables on the internet are not up to date, call first.

We had a few snacks and some beers - the food was alright, but nothing special and the place is fairly quite and comfy. The staff was nice too.
