Luckily I wasn't too hungry but I had a large wallet with me. The portions are definitely too small in relation to the price! Tartar was very special, not really my taste. The only piece of meat on the menu was very tasty, but to fill you up you would have had to order 3 pieces (price a 32.-). Gnocchi (as a side dish) were burnt and dry. The waitress didn't even ask if it tasted good, which is a shame. All in all, it was an extremely expensive appetizer.

First time here since the reopening. The food (ravioli with truffles) was very tasty and the portion size was sufficient. Ambience is homely and pleasant - as before - with a very friendly atmosphere. The only small negative point: it was quite cool in the room. (That was already the case under the predecessor.)

Dear Heessenmühle team, At first I wanted to refrain from writing a review because it is very time consuming. Time is valuable and I didn't want to waste it on a business that didn't deserve my time. But then the thought came to me: what if other couples also want to get married there and it turns out to be as catastrophic as I unfortunately had to witness?! I don't want to put that through any couple who are about to get married. Hence my review. I noticed in advance that Mr. Pereira reacts extremely rudely and cheekily to constructive feedback because he doesn't want to admit to himself that mistakes have been made. He deletes the answers several times and writes a new one, which at least looks a little more serious. 1. At the wedding rehearsal dinner (as we had clearly communicated to Ms. Urosevic several times, for us it was a rehearsal dinner!), as everyone present can confirm, we only had 2 simple and simple questions that could not be answered properly. Ms. Urosevic then kindly asked in the kitchen, but it came across as if the cook didn't feel like answering anything. I have to say that when I'm in one When I ask a simple kebab shop what meat it is, I get a decent answer just like at MC-Donalds (both shops are large businesses and even they take the time to answer a question). A kebab costs me 8 francs, the fillet in the Henessenmühle costs 6 or 7 times as much. Why is it not possible to get 2 simple and important questions answered properly at that price? 2. Ms. Urosevic was clearly told at the rehearsal dinner that it should be a surprise who pays for the whole thing and what do you do -> You told the bride that you have a surprise and that Mr. ..... pays for the food and the drinks. I think it's a shame that you act so dubiously! In addition, the bill was ultimately sent to the bride and groom's home by post... 3. The chef never introduced himself personally. I think that's the least you can do if you know that person X and person Y are getting married with you and paying a lot of money for it. But unfortunately, even when asked, they didn't show the slightest interest in getting to know their guests in person. I think it's a shame! I know from other weddings and restaurants in this price range that the chef introduces himself personally. But maybe I just had too high expectations of the Henessenmühle. I advise everyone not to celebrate their wedding there! Not only I but also many other guests at the wedding were bitterly disappointed with the Henessenmühle. Dear Mr. Pereira, we have refrained from filing a complaint against unauthorized filming and photography from Gutwil, with the request that you delete the recordings. Mais quel service déplorable! On a eu l impression de déranger de notre arrivée à notre départ. Ça faisait 2 ans que nous n étions pas revenus et ça a bien changé. D où nous étions assis, nous avons bien remarqué que les habitués bénéficiaient un autre traitement que ceux qui étaient de passage. La fondue était bonne mais la ration rétréci. Me semble qu il y a un air de lassitude... peut être victime de leur succès... Mais on aurait mieux fait de dîner à la maison..

Dear friends, I hope you're all doing well. I would like to tell you briefly about my birthday weekend, which took some unexpected turns. We had originally planned to celebrate my 20th birthday together in Chur, and I came all the way from Lucerne to be with you. Unfortunately, the unpleasant weather put a damper on our plans and we found ourselves in an unexpected situation. Since none of us had a suitable place to stay and it was too cold and wet outside, the three of us spontaneously decided to stay in a hotel for a short time. On the way there we were approached by a woman with wide eyes and an unfriendly look, which startled us quite a bit. We were aware that our appearance, like my tattoos, could potentially lead to false assumptions, but we were still surprised by their reaction. We wondered why she reacted so unkindly and wished she had treated us differently. Fortunately, the evening at the hotel was more pleasant than expected. I went to sleep at midnight and was surprised the next morning by the same woman, but this time she seemed very friendly. It was an interesting experience how our perception of people can change within a short period of time. Another bright spot was the man at reception who was extremely friendly and full of positive energy. His friendliness definitely helped make our stay pleasant. Overall, my birthday weekend was a nice experience despite some unexpected encounters. I'm grateful to have been able to spend time with you and look forward to more adventures with you. Friendly staff, good food, some marked vegan options.

Superb gîte. Very friendly and warm welcome. Perfect rooms (very rustic and cocooning), a small kitchen for those who want to cook, and a small sofa area to rest. The restaurant is also very good with more than fair prices and pleasant service. The breakfast is perfect with very good products. For proximity to the slopes, there is the possibility of going to the Nendaz cable car (with a lot of queues on weekends) or going to Siviez (which allows you to ski hard until the end of the day) to much more simplicity. On the parking side you will find a large outdoor car park for 5 Swiss francs per day.

It was good, specially the poulet garu(pls correct the spelling ) was really nice.

With two people for Valentine's dinner at the Flyhof: As soon as I made the reservation I felt like “the customer is king” and my special request was fully catered for. The restaurant is in a prime location with parking nearby. A very beautiful building that impresses with its old charm inside. We were served very courteously! The beef entrecote was buttery tender, simply a dream. And the apple strudel for dessert also tasted fantastic. Conclusion: An all-round wonderful evening, I can only recommend it, I will definitely come back!

Very friendly service, fine food, a bit expensive but worth the price. The raclette is really recommended. There were three large portions and would have even had a fourth.👍😃 Also nice atmosphere with the bohemian ceiling and the many lights.
