We were here for ice cream and were served by Ms. Josipa. It is extremely disappointing that Ms. Josipa is so unfriendly and passive. There were six of us and we all ate ice cream. For an hour she never came to us to ask if we needed anything. Eventually we decided to change tables so she noticed we had a need. She then tidied everything up, but still didn't think to ask us what we wanted. We had to call them to order. Her manner is very arrogant, and it is unfortunate that she does not enjoy the workplace, which is clearly noticeable.

Rather an expensive restaurant, but worth the price. Good, fresh products, but the room is a bit cramped. My food came straight away, but my colleague's took 5 minutes longer even though we ordered at the same time. The staff is very friendly.

Everything was great! Four of us came here after a walk with 3 dogs. Only on the terrace with a view and sunshine for an aperitif (flambée and aperol spritz). Afterwards we went inside to eat. Everything was really tasty and the waiter was very attentive, polite and funny. Would love to come back. Thank you

The atmosphere is really extraordinarily beautiful in summer or spring. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. In addition, the prices for a 5-star hotel in Zurich are quite fair. There is even a valet parking service which makes arrival easier as there are not very many parking spaces available.

Great location and the Schnitzel, as well as the truffle fries are great! There are some dishes that are a bit underwhelming, but overall quite great.

I really enjoy being at the Spitz and do so regularly. Great location, good, uncomplicated food and a nice ambience.

Cozy little hotel in a prime location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station. Very easy check-in and check-out. Unfortunately I have to make small deductions because there was some mold on the window in the bathroom. But all in all it was a comfortable stay. I'd love to come back.

Were there for the first time last Sunday and we were very positively surprised. Everything was perfect, the ambience, the food and the service. I had the stroganof and my friend had the papa bear, both were very nicely prepared and super tasty👍!! The service was also very friendly and attentive👍!! We'd love to come back😊.

This place has three problems. Absolutely 0 atmosphere, this potato salad from the kettle and the price-performance ratio is not right. The schnitzels are okay and the service is great, but the rest is not recommended
