After several visits I hoped that the service would improve, but it only got worse. With around 10 guests we had to wait 15 minutes. Waiting for our drinks.

Danger! Very cheeky new owner. Rude to customers. Do not visit La Bote Bistro! Give the restaurant a wide berth.

Very nice restaurant in the middle of the Upper Old Town with a bar. There are Swiss, Nepalese/Asist dishes here. The food is freshly prepared. Very friendly hosts and staff. You feel comfortable here. Highly recommended.

They were disrespectful on the phone and didn't even wait for my friend to face their order and I couldn't even place an order and see their customer service again!

This morning I was in the Cafébar Lokal at Unteren Graben in Winterthur. I had a lunchtime appointment and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat beforehand. Since the weather was nice, I couldn't find a table outside. I was the only guest inside. The waitress who was heading in my direction was approached and stopped by her colleague with red hair. Another lady came to my table after a while but didn't take any order. Something messed up the system, if one existed. The lady who wanted to come to my table first ended up coming. The drink came immediately, the focaccia with grilled vegetables we ordered came a little later. Had it been served earlier it would have had a chance of being perfect. The grilled vegetables were very tasty, but in a focaccia that was almost toasted like rusks... Even though it was far from perfect, I still liked it somewhat because I like crust. The espresso at the end tasted good, just as it should taste in a café bar. I don't understand why coffee cream was served without being ordered. The whole thing cost less than CHF 20, which would have been absolutely appropriate if the focaccia had been allowed to remain focaccia. For me, the café bar is not everyday life, but in terms of food it can be dispensed with for all other days.

We ate and drank very well here twice. The food is excellent, the beer is home-brewed and very tasty. The location is great right next to the train station. Uncomplicated place, we love it!

The ambience is nice, the music and the staff were friendly but the ice in the drink is huge after 3 sips the glass is empty, it's a shame... I'm not throwing my money out the window... I'm not going anymore...

Very nice restaurant with a good selection of inexpensive food! We go to Schneider's at least once every time we stay in Davos. My recommendation: mixed salad with fresh fruits😍
