Very disappointed ! Mediocre panini, 1 hour wait for it to be damp, very soft with a long hair from the first bite and a hair. While waiting for our Panini, we had a glass of November door which is normally sweet, soft, and had a Joanisberg therefore dry, knowing that these two are not at the same price and without even warning us that there was no more wine that we had ordered. Unfortunately this is not the first time that we have been disappointed by the service..

Had good experiences with security. I stupidly lost my ticket for the jacket, after describing the contents of the jacket, the jacket was given to me without a ticket, even though it was far from over. Fair dealing and common sense seem to be at work

We had a short but remarkable stay. The hotel is well equipped, the breakfast was first class, the staff was outstanding (e.g. P.Reust). The location right next to the train station is still quiet (room 447). It was actually unfortunate that we had to continue on to Zermatt. Absolutely recommended.

We went for a coffee with friends and 2 young children. The drinks were very good, and the staff welcoming. We will come back!
