We can only warmly recommend the restaurant! It's perfect for special occasions or just to treat yourself. The service is first-class and this professionalism is practiced by a team that warmly cares about the well-being of the guests. The staff are competent and friendly without being intrusive - just right! The menu offers a selection of delicious dishes that are high quality and simply delicious. Every bite was a real treat and we couldn't stop raving about it (even later with our friends). The wine recommendation from the beautiful Vully region was also excellent and rounded off our culinary experience perfectly. We look forward to returning to dine on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views. Overall, it was a successful evening and we would like to thank you very much for this wonderful experience! An absolute top recommendation - many thanks to the entire team! We'd love to come back. ____ We also visited the terrace in the afternoon to enjoy a small aperitif and that was fantastic too.

Being a Michelin star-virgin, I didn't know what to expect but whatever those unknown expectations were, Le Pérolles met them all. Exquisite cuisine combined with impeccable, charismatic service. It’s all in the details. I’m sure I’ll go back some day. The only thing I likes less was the interior... too much cold, grey white... the opposite of Swiss chalet style warmth. Nevertheless, if you have something to celebrate or just want to experience haute cuisine... Le Pérolles is highly recommended.

Très bien pour une auberge communale mais il manque quelques assaisonnements et saveurs pour que ce soit un vrai waouh. Les couverts ne sont pas très classes non plus. Il ne manque vraiment pas grand chose. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon.
