Die besten Restaurants mit Italienne Essen in Zürich

I reserved this place for 2 people @6:30pm on a Wed. Received confirmation the same day! The restaurant itself is so quaint with south Italian chic. Gives off a very cozy feel! Lorenzo, the part owner was also present and really fun to have a chat with. He explains the menu in full detail as well before any ordering takes place 👍 The FOOD IS DELICIOUS. The starter ravioli was YUM! My husband’s pasta was really nice 👌 The pizza is the reason I was here and so very glad I got my share because it was DIVINE. I’m a sucker for some good pizza but the crust was cooked to PERFECTION! 🍕 The dessert was delicious as well. I decided to go with the Tartuffo Al Pistachio and my husband chose the Profiteroles 🍩

We spontaneously went to Certo again and I have to say it was just great. Great service, attentive and even got a very nice table. The food was excellent. Certo salad eaten with weeks ravioli. Certo house wine was drunk white and red. We were completely satisfied and are already looking forward to the summer terrace again.

I have visited and eaten at this great restaurant twice so far. ;-) On my first visit I chose the dish “Spaghetti alla chitarra con vongole veraci, gamberi e pomodori pachino”. The first thing that came to mind about this work of art on my plate in front of me was the memory of a similar dish that I ate for the first time in Italy in 1989 and for the first time in my life. When a chef can revive 33-year-old memories, it's more than just great cinema. The service, the food and the ambience deserve more than “just” 5 stars.

Great food in very nice and casual atmosphere, warm welcome from the attentive staff. Small portions for the mains though.

Food is excellent, service was good, although the atmosphere or ambiance at the restaurant is a bit "sad" or boring. But maybe it's due to the fact that we went on a week day. The food and service wins over the ambiance :)

It was our first time in the grotto and not the last time! You immediately feel the restaurant is authentic. The service has personality and recommended a fantastic wine, thank you very much for that. We had the starter for two, highly recommended. The veal cordon bleu is one of the best I've eaten. All in all an enjoyable evening with great food and good service. See you soon.

The old man at the door is extremely unfriendly. Do not welcome young students.

Wir haben für 2 Personen reserviert. Personal überfordert trotz nur wenig besetzte Tische. Grüner Salat - das ging gerade noch. Die Pizza - ok aber nicht mehr. Eher etwas kalt. Muss nicht wieder sein. Wir waren hier vor dem Phil Collins Konzert. Wir hätten lieber an den vielen Food-Ständen rund ums Letzistadion essen sollen. Ich kann die vorhergehenden Bewertungen leider nicht nachvollziehen.

Ich habe meine geliebte Kalbsleber gegessen. Wie immer ausgezeichnet und sehr frisch. Vorab den Randensalat mit Gorganzola und dazu eine gute Flasche Wein. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich. Schön dezent beleuchtet und die Geräuschkulisse ebenfalls angenehm. Service war top und der Preis o.k. Gerne wieder.

One of the best and most authentic Italian cuisine in town. Ravioli with crema di zucca & mozzarella di bufala, Guancia di manzo, polpo…all dishes were very well-cooked. Great variety for wine pairing. Angelo and his team are wonderful hosts! Bravissimo!

Small family-run neighborhood restaurant. Fresh cuisine authentic wine. Nice to sit outside in summer. It was a pleasure.

Arrogant and rude owner, incompetent staff and inedible and very expensive dishes. There is absolutely nothing about Italian cuisine... terrible experience...
