We ate at your place last night, very good restaurant. Everything was perfect, truly professional, a place to recommend. It's worth the detour.

You absolutely must try the chicken at L’Auberge d’Hermance. I have never tasted a chicken like this before. Succulent, tender and very tasty. Service is top level: friendly yet professional and fast. Atmosphere is rich and traditional. Great place to take your business partners to. Valet parking is a classy addition to the overall experience as there is nowhere to park in Hermance. Please don’t forget to tip the valet) Not all starters are worth your money though. Winter salad is the one to avoid.

As a tourist for business purpose here we checked in this restaurant. Had a delicious Rumpsteak, Cordon bleu and good white wine. The manager himself served and everything is local and original in there. Very cozy nice place to eat!

Discovered by chance on a Thursday evening, everything was perfect! The dishes and the welcome are excellent. A big plus for a beef skewer as a starter (the name of which I don't remember) which was tender as butter! A delight. In short, there were three of us and we loved the service, present and discreet! Excellent cuisine, very good quality meat and very well served dishes. Very good value for money and very spicy, we will come back. The choice of music and the setting could be a little more careful (ventilation in particular). In the summer it's nice to be able to go to the terrace.

We made a box dinner. Everything went well, the meal was very good. It’s a shame that the cooking of the meats wasn’t well managed. But the fish was excellent. As well as the dessert at the top. Many thanks for Eddy’s welcome, very friendly.

Visibly change of owner, redevelopment of the windows and presentation. Good products, the service is a little less good, the people make you repeat everything 3-4 times, don't understand what you are saying, the mustachioed gentleman is abrupt and not very smiling, he has become Genevan :))) But the place is still nice despite everything

Excellent restaurant for eating traditional dishes, the fondue in particular, which is excellent. Very pleasant and attentive staff. On the other hand, there are a lot of people. You have to appreciate the lively atmospheres. This is not the place for a romantic outing. I recommend.

Very good dish and fairly quick service, Don't be afraid of always being hungry afterwards because the dishes are quite big.
