The food is really very good. There are many choices. It is cooked with love. The service is friendly. There is room for improvement when it comes to advice. The atmosphere is typically Chinese. The room is dark and relatively narrow. I highly recommend the restaurant for Chinese food.

General meeting on the 1st floor. Room would be nice, unfortunately the shutters were down and you can't open any windows. Over time it became stuffy. The meat dish was very good. The person sitting next to me had ordered vegetarian and this dish looked cheap. Ravioli with a small dollop of tomato sauce... The service was okay. Not more.

2nd time in a week very bad service, unfriendly service, bordering on rude

Really great ! I was able to order quickly, the food came in probably less than 10 minutes and the food was very good. Certainly, the prices are not the lowest in the whole city, but it was not overly expensive, and given the quality of the dish, it is worth it. I will definitely go back there very soon!

We have been to Falkens HAUS several times Pizza, pasta and home-made dishes such as veal liver with masala sauce (a side dish of rösti), or tortellini Piemontese which simply taste incredibly good every time! We are big connoisseurs and not just shovelers, just that our stomachs are full, no, we can warmly recommend the food and the friendly exchange on the phone also works for us. The service from Falkens HAUS is also top! All in all we give it 5 stars!👌🏼😄. Unfortunately I can't rate the ambience because we haven't been there yet.

This review is for the HOTEL: It’s a little surprising to check in at the host stand downstairs in the restaurant but I was there early and had no problem getting the chef’s attention. He was nice! My room was upstairs. It’s about as plain Jane as it comes but clean and comfortable. The provided soap and shower gel/shampoo and fresh towels. I think it was too pricey for what you get. I would be fine paying 70 CHF or around there. The worst part of my experience is trying to leave. The place is locked up at night and I was not given a key to any outside door. When I tried to leave in the morning, I couldn’t get out. I was alone and the only one in the hotel. I was terrified! I ran to find the housekeeper and she had a key to let me out. I understand the need for security if the building is not manned but what if there was a fire? A key to get outside should be given to guests overnight.

This hotel is a nightmare in Switzerland! I only sent a message the day before check-in to check in. The time was only 1400-1500, which canceled all our previous itineraries! On the first day of check-in, the hotel staff asked us strangely if we had brought an extra child. At that time, we felt that she might be joking. We responded with a simple sentence and she left. At breakfast time the next day, we arrived at the restaurant. The hotel staff asked how many people there were. I raised three fingers and answered her: Three persons thank you. She then looked back and forth at least four times. After the meal was completed, the two hotel staff ran They came to the room and asked us to pay because four of us came during breakfast just now. After explaining for more than half an hour, they asked them to watch CCTV and went into the room to search. Of course, they just wanted to defraud money and did not do anything. In the end, in order not to ruin the mood of the trip and not to be defrauded again, we lost the money for 2 days and transferred to another hotel. Let’s also talk about the hotel facilities. You have to carry your luggage and climb the stairs! The bathroom is too narrow and the shower gel is only enough for one person! I searched all over the room for a charging place and found it was at the front door. It was very inconvenient and there was only one! Only the staff comes to you, otherwise you can't find her! Breakfast items will not be added as long as they are used up! Of course, there is also the attitude of the staff, which was already bad when we checked in! There are too many things I won’t say anymore, this experience is too painful!
