We were there for a lunch. At first we weren't served for 20 minutes. After ordering, it took another 25 minutes for the food to arrive. Unfortunately the food was a complete disaster. The sauce on the salad was so sour that you couldn't eat it. The pizza was burnt and the toppings were still cold. I have never eaten such bad pizza, it was inedible. Really disgusting. The icing on the cake was that we were given bread that no one had ordered and they asked for 10.00 per basket. What a cheek. Never again.

The donuts are good. Now that they have put the ordering system separate from the dessert counter it goes a little faster. But it's of little use if to collect the money I have to remain in a queue with the other customers, who are crowded together looking at the display counter. There is still room for improvement in this area.

I really like the baked chicken. The offer is good. There would probably be another hot sauce.

The brunch from 9.15 a.m. to 12 p.m. consisted of a classic breakfast that left practically nothing to be desired. Lunch was served from 12 p.m. and lasted until 3 p.m. There were several delicious Asian dishes to choose from with plenty of desserts. Water was also available without restrictions. The staff was very motivated and extremely friendly and accommodating. As expected, the ambience with the view of the elephants was wonderful.

Super stale Sundays. Avoid and go any other day. Bought a cheese bretzel and it wasn’t fresh. Hard and stale. No quality control - if you want fresh, do not go here on a Sunday

The Oktoberfest at Bauschänzli is well located on Bürkliplatz. Very well served by public transport, there are paid parking spaces in the area for cars. The Sunday brunch offers guests a diverse selection of dishes; the selection of drinks is limited. The quality and preparation of the food was great, really tasty, only the freshness of the bread selection was rather sufficient. There may be a need for action here. The price level for the food and drinks is in the high price segment. The service staff was discreet, cheerful and efficient. Unfortunately, the time in the queue until the scoop was about 20 minutes was definitely too long (the tent was only half full). The buffet may need to be arranged differently to ensure faster processing. The live music was too loud for a brunch occasion. The toilets were ok in terms of cleanliness.

After more than two weeks and the seller's attention, the ice creams were thawed in two freezers and then refrozen after being softened. Deformed and iced up, just plain bad.

I asked for a butter pretzel. I was shouted at if I could read because there was no butter pretzel written on it. So totally unfriendly service.

Unbelievable, every time I go to get my drink in the morning I am greeted so friendly and she is always in a good mood. That's called appreciation and it makes every customer's day.
