Food was great. We had the food on the table very quickly. It was beautifully presented and very tasty. We find prices to be more than fair for Swiss conditions.

Let’s be clear: you don’t come here for the food or the service. This is one of the best places to enjoy food with a view. And what a view it is. We had lunch which was decent, and a beer. Overall expressive but what isn’t expensive in Zermatt? Totally worth it

The sign on the door says open today, but in fact the restaurant is closed, without any explanation, resulting in a wasted trip.

Wir hielten hier an, um uns vor dem Regen zu schützen, und beschlossen, jeweils einen Kaffee zu bestellen. Der Kaffee war in Ordnung, aber wir fanden, dass sie teuer für das waren, was wir hatten.

So I ordered food from their restaurant through eat.ch couples of time to the same location where never have I have to pay delivery fee. Today I ordered again and the delivery guy came eyes all red and said there was a road blockage so I have to pay extra 15 CHF or you don’t get the food and then he proceed to argue with me with a cigarette in his hand and called someone that guy was more or less same maybe even worse he said if you want complain go do it we see about it and you don’t get your money back. What kind of people have open the restaurant I don’t know. If they consider my location is far from them should have call me earlier and cancel so that I could arrange my dinner elsewhere but they didn’t do any of that and decided to ruin my dinner and now other shops are close and now I gotta starve. You know what it does matter I didn’t get my money back I’d just consider I gave money to a beggar.You ruin my dinner and my night.

Disastrous romantic stay when we discovered our room coming from another century in addition to being dilapidated, dirty and not maintained. We asked to change rooms to a higher category which allowed us to go to an annex building being the Hôtel de France which was a little better but still limited for a 4 star. Staff during our deplorable welcome, not cheerful with little explanation. Furthermore, varied breakfast with quality products and pleasant baths next to the hotel. Despite this stay not to be repeated in Leukerbad!!!

Good sushi, on the other hand, I find it a shame that there isn't much variety. The hot dishes are not great. I have already eaten better. The curry was bland and the vegetables weren't crunchy but they weren't cooked at all. Some restaurants in the chain are good but here I admit that I was disappointed.
