I paid 22.- for a Cola Zero, a burger and 6 onion rings, 1 onion = 1.- I think it's pretty bold. The burger was pretty good, but lacked the spices and a certain kick, bacon was crispy and the cheese was appropriate. However, the patty had too little texture and didn't justify the price of the burger. Regarding the service, I can say that the people are friendly, but when you pick up the food there is no one there and you are left to your own devices for a bit.
There are better alternatives to food in the Tivoli.
Good location and good pastries, but the service is terrible. The waiter doesn't bother to say hello or thank you, he just asks if we want to pay in cash or by card.

Das Personal absolut nett & sehr bemüht. Ganz Infrastruktur ziemlich nachgelassen, schade. Kenne das Restaurant schon lange und früher war es in better conditions. Hat fast schon ein wenig weh getan. Hoffe wir auf Besserung!
We had to wait 15 minutes before we could place the order. Then we waited another 40 minutes until the drinks came… 2 cocktails, 1 water and 1 glass of wine! the red wide was ice cold, a little cold would be okay, but not like that!
We also had to wait forever to pay.
It's crazy that you can sell that. Today I got a kebab in flatbread and the meat tasted like it was 3 days old. The kebab was sweet and really inedible.

Sia che paga in euro che in franchi svizzeri 2 caffè al banco li paghi 7,60.Ma questi non li controlla nessuno? Il posto è bellissimo ma se venite su in treno o in macchina il consiglio è quello di venire su già con panini e borracce.In piazza Duomo a Milano un caffè al banco non costa più di 1,20 euro.Consigliato solo per chi vuole farsi spennare...
Je déconseille en livraison. Inversion de commande, j'ai eu le droit à un panini blindé de mayonnaise à la place d'un tacos. Après avoir appelé pour signifier l'erreur et demander à recevoir le tacos, on m'annonce qu'un livreur va venir dans 10 minutes. Il n'est jamais arrivé...
Nouvel appel pour savoir où il en était. Le patron me sort que c'est pas de sa faute alors il faut voir avec le livreur et Uber Eats...
Mauvaise foi, incompétence et no respect du client ont l'air d'être le leitmotiv du chef...

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by unfriendly staff who were more occupied with their cell phones than with the customers. This set the stage for a visit marked by poor service from start to finish.
While I was about to place my order, the staff seemed to show little interest and asked me stupid questions that obviously suggested they didn't really want to listen to my needs. The feeling of disrespect was compounded as they continued to be engrossed in their cell phones during the ordering process. This is not only rude, but also unacceptable as it diverts attention from the customer and shows inappropriate prioritization.
The entire atmosphere in the Bretzelkönig was characterized by indifference and disinterest. In addition to being unprofessional, the staff seemed unmotivated to provide adequate customer service. The fact that they were on their cell phones while I was ordering shows a lack of respect for the customers and their work.
The quality of customer service is crucial for me when it comes to whether I will visit a place again or not. Unfortunately, the visit to the Bretzelkönig did not meet my expectations in any way. It's unfortunate that a company that obviously has a delicious selection of products is marred by such abysmal customer service.
