I bought something and the lady started yelling at me bacause i used the bathroom, the worst experience in this beautiful place.

Restaurant with a menu at 21.50 chf top service excellent food top staff I will return without problem The restaurant serves very good dishes, the staff in the dining room smiling and attentive to the customer. A bar also for nighttime evenings in the basement!

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. If you see the owner photos you will be too. Breakfast it’s the typical all pre-prepared food, nothing special, nothing typical or countryside. Even the jucie comes from a package. They offer some amenities like slippers in the booklet you find in the room, but when you ask in reception they are rude and tell with an attitude you are not in a 4 star hotel, they don’t have slippers. There is no option for dinner at the hotel, very disappointing too!! Needs some general maintenance, however it’s in general clean.

For any hotel it's important that the rooms are well designed, user friendly and comfortable, Sadly none of these things were true of the room I was given at this hotel. The room was supposed to be a double but was tiny, white walls, white ceiling and white bedding made it look like a hospital side room, There was no kettle, no coffee, no fridge, a complementary bottle of mineral water but no glass to drink it from, there were no USB points for charging phones or tablets or laptops, A tiny desk so cluttered with hotel info that you couldn't work at it, and no shelves to move it to, Strange electric sockets meant my European adapter didn't work. There was one easy chair, no room for any more. The bathroom was also tiny with an annoying broken flickering light, a shower space so low the head of the shower only came up to my chin. All I can say is thank god I was only staying here for one night, and I don't have to come back here again. My advice to any traveller, especially a business traveller is stay somewhere else, if you want a 4 star service,

Great space to enjoy your vacation

Lovely venue. We arrived early and went out to the courtyard bar. Staff very friendly. I ordered the raclette which was cooked in the pizza oven. Personally I found it decent but was disappointed I hadn't ordered pizza. I'm allergic to gluten but they do a gluten free pizza. As I was super hungry after a few days on the slopes I ordered a GF Diavola with supplements of onions and an egg and it was very good!

We booked the wellness room that came with a hot tub. The hot tub was prefilled but did not feel very clean. Secondly the room had an interesting interior but many aspects of the features was not working. For example, we had a bed that could turn, but it did not work anymore. Not a big deal but still did not leave a nice impression to have things in a room that were broken. Other than that, the amenities provided were minimal. For this price and for a wellness room I did expect a bit more in terms on amenities, amount of towels. There were no bath slippers either, which would have been nice to get in and out of the tub. The tub also lacked a manual so we had to figure it out a bit ourselves. All in all its a nice place, but for the price definitely not worth it.

Super delicious cheese fondue. Mega friendly service. Unfortunately the music is quite loud and the traffic jam in front of the only toilet is long.
