Yes, the plate is simply unbeatable, the ambience has been the same for years, if you're looking for Schikki Mikki, you've come to the wrong place. Prices certainly can't go up any further ;)

Militärstrasse 64, BernIt's a bit outside of Bern, but it's worth going. It has a train stop that leaves you next door, so it's easy to get to. Reservations are essential. Dishes served in large quantities. The cordon bleu is spectacular with plenty of cheese. The schnitzel without cheese is also very good. Friendly and attentive service (they take a while to serve because they are usually full). Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
