The layout and the drinks are standard Starbucks. There's really nothing special about it in that sense, although it's very clean, which is nice. But the staff are wonderful. To me, they seem extra friendly and patient than most other Sbux staff I've come across.
An order was placed on Uber Eat. This was canceled by the restaurant and I was still billed for the order. I call the restaurant to find out why my order was canceled, I am told that the basket is not "expensive enough" even though there is no minimum order amount. They tell me that they are not responsible for the money but it is they who caused this situation with the cancellation. The restaurant doesn't care about the situation and takes the blame to Uber Eat. To flee.
Dilapidated premises, chairs full of stains, floor not cleaned and not maintained, very dirty toilets, in short, this place does not inspire confidence despite the name displayed on the sign. Think carefully before entering this bakery.
I give the rating 1 since I can't go below to leave an opinion but the feeling is good!
I book for my birthday a good week in advance to have a table and firstly I have no problem booking a morning but I have not managed to contact them more than 6 times to warn them of a possible delay which does not ultimately did not take place, I found it already very anxiety-inducing and made me ask questions about their organization.
Secondly, when we arrived in front of the 2 entrance agents, we were surprised to be served after the people who had arrived after us. In addition to being illogical about this fact, the agents had the attitude of a prison guard with less friendliness and on top of that, they asked my partner to take off his bob (very classy, to give you the type of clothing) while once we returned we saw hats and caps (straw/cotton) on either side of the sails, could it be a question of color? Did this sound like racism? We won't have anything to do with it.
No matter, once we entered the sails itself, we were redirected by a man at reception, not as rude and cold as his colleagues at the entrance but on the same learning path. We were installed on wet seats from the day before and even if the rain is not their responsibility, the good performance of their equipment is. This is unacceptable, but no more so than having had to ask to be replaced more than 3 times. Done, I assure you, but on new wet seats... don't I speak French well enough?
My impatient partner was able to make the employees understand that we would like dry places as we had reserved the previous week, something done again, but with 2 places less and therefore 2 guests who end up like idiots. Thank you for this organization “Les voiles”, the best 45 minutes of approaches with an establishment. I will not repeat the experience even if I am paid to go this time.
I felt embarrassed to have had to inflict this on my guests and no apologies or commercial gestures of any kind were made.
I am full of inexperienced employees who work there, it is clear that they are sometimes far too overwhelmed by events
I am also providing you with this article
“The protection of health is the subject of art. 6 of the Labor Law. The consumption of alcoholic beverages in the workplace is regulated in art. 35 of the ordinance relating to the labor law 3. The prevention of occupational accidents is the subject of art. 82 of the Federal Accident Insurance Act. The worker must not put himself in a state such that he exposes himself or other workers to danger. This particularly applies to the consumption of alcoholic beverages. » which should make the owner of the establishment think about the alcohol consumption of his bartenders during their service.
Best regards and think twice before going there, find a more profitable and welcoming address.
Very bad indigestion with the Fera tartare, it's been a long time since I had pain like that. Unfortunately the prices are overpriced per contribution we put served. Damage …
Wide choice of sushi but we often see more rice than fish but that is surely what justifies the price.
This remains a good address for a quick meal on site.

My two cousins and I walked into the shop to buy something nice when suddenly, a short woman with a ton of makeup and fake blonde hair started staring at us. Right off the bat, she accused us of being thieves, screaming that she had “exposed our game” acting like Sherlock Holmes in front of everyone of course, even though we hadn’t touched anything like zil and were only inside for just 10 seconds. It was so embarrassing and awkward, so we decided to leave. The weird lady aka Karen might have lost her mind or perhaps was being racist in some way because we were speaking in another language, though I can’t confirm it yet.
Then we tried to find another gas station or kiosk nearby, but unfortunately, there was nothing open at the time, so we had no choice but to go back. As we walked back in, she started whispering, “Oh gosh, not again” in a rude tone. We bought a drink, and as I was paying, I told her I reported your attitude. She literally responded with “I don’t give a da/mn, you can’t do sh/it” and insulted us, as if she owned the whole place, although she’s just a regular cashier. Then she kept harassing us, threatening to call the police if we didn’t leave immediately, despite us not doing anything wrong. I was really heated in that very moment about the entire situation.
When we got home, we told our parents what had happened. Forgot to mention, the two of my cousins are literal kids, and I myself am only 18. My uncle was in shock and wasn’t happy at all about the incident and almost didn’t believe us, thinking we were exaggerating, so he headed down to talk to her, but the store had already been closed 15 - 20 minutes earlier.
I’ve never experienced or even seen such a thing in over a decade of living here unbelievable behavior. I’d never return there and would advise everyone else to consider the same. I hope the manager sees the report and takes quick action against this employee.
P.S.: Apparently, many others in the reviews section has experienced something similar with that staff (I believe named Katia), and yet there have still been no changes.
