Very tasty food at good prices, the service staff and the host are friendly and attentive. Gladly again, I can definitely recommend it!

All waiters were friendly I had a great stay with makgeolli through the voucher. It’s been a while since I tasted Korea, so I’m really excited ㅠㅠ Before I ate, it was so cloudy that I couldn’t even see in front of me. It was clear after I ate it. If the weather is bad, I recommend resting here and going out.

is located about 5 minutes on foot down the slope from the Rigi Kulm station. We had a very tasty, creamy cheese fondue (one of the best) and the Kessiboden plate. Both are warmly recommended. I can't say much about the view since we were in the middle of the clouds when we visited ;)

Addendum: Changed the rating to 1 star again. (0 stars were not possible.) The previously truthful review had to be changed in the interests of the operators because points 16 and 19 of the regulations made it impossible to sell the houses in a timely manner alongside point 18 with the plots.

We went to Pizzeria Bacco for the first time today. We only had a starter and can therefore not fully rate the restaurant. I thought the price of 26.50 for a plate of Parma ham was reasonable, but in fact there were only 9 wafer-thin slices of Parma ham on the plate, which I find very expensive for the price. The melon didn't look so fresh anymore either. The weather outside was wonderfully sunny, unfortunately the terrace was closed. The view of the lake was fantastic. The staff was friendly, after pointing out that the portion was already very small, they said that it was an appetizer. (which is also true) Despite the rather bad first impression, I would perhaps give the restaurant a second chance.

What a rare treat to find organic food in the mountains with vegetarian and vegan options! Not your typical schnitzel-and-fries mountain restaurant.

Absolutely blown away. The hike was awesome. The views were awesome. There are restaurants, interesting spots, flowers, a train up and down, something for everyone here. The car park was very busy and the drive up to it was tricky, but everything worked out. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We drove here specifically to have lunch, opening times were supposedly updated a week ago and it explicitly said: open. We arrive and it says on the door: Opens at 5:30 p.m.... It's a shame, very disappointed. Please state your opening times truthfully!

Price-performance okay, salad buffet looked better than it was, the soup bowl was a bit very small! The 'älplermaggeronen' is pasta with cheese sauce and if you're lucky you'll get one or two pieces of potato floating in the sauce.

When we stopped in front of the restaurant to study the menu, the lady who was standing on the terrace and talking to those present said that we weren't allowed to park in front of the restaurant because it was reserved for guests. I pointed out that we would like to stop there. The snippy “But we’re closed” showed us that we would still prefer to visit the wonderful inns in the immediate area, where people treat people decently. The pizzaria across the street, for example, is excellent and offers a wonderful view of the lake. It's also open.

Delicious cauliflower soup! Great price too 9.5CHF. Quick service & a beautiful (less busy) spot to stop between hikes at Mt Rigi. Less views than the peak when the weather is cloudy, but a great spot to stop nonetheless.
