The hotel is very suitable for a short stay in Montreaux. Our room for one night was a bit too small. Down on the street at night a car raced past, the driver of which seemed to be practicing for a rally and was correspondingly loud. Maybe there were earplugs in the bathroom for that. The service was extremely friendly, which was very pleasant. The restaurant was great and had flair, even if the unupholstered chairs were hard and actually worn down. Doesn't matter. The breakfast was a bit steep at €25 per person, but there was even a glass of Prosecco... All in all, a nice stay.

Plancha really limits only 1 person to the task who probably did not have time to remove the slag resulting from the food with a layer of grilling which is not pleasant
Excellent food, fast service (especially for payment: very appreciable when invited to pay quickly and discreetly), competent staff. The only thing that, for me, could be the atmosphere (let it be more "hushed-romantic").
Perch fillet with homemade sauce, meunière and salad as starter, good and nothing to complain about.
On the other hand, it has become self-service at the table, so for those used to eating perch fillets in the region, this is the only place where you have to help yourself...but fortunately you don't need to 'go fishing for them...
Here I admit I don't really know what to say... the food remains good without more but on the other hand the service....💀💀💀 we ordered certain dishes, some of which were not delivered and others replaced without we know I admit that I don't really know what to say because we go from time to time but this time it was the first time that I was disappointed with this restaurant… I don't know what to say I No more left on that.
There are waiters who get angry when you don't order food, which can be a little annoying. We said we would sit and have a drink with our friends, and their attitudes changed a lot.
Manira in Denges offers a delicious culinary experience, whether to take away or to enjoy on site. The portions are generous and the value for money is quite good. The starters are all tasty. The plates are also nothing to worry about and my favorite dish undoubtedly remains the chicken satay sauce. And to top it all off, the frozen mochis are a real delight! Recommended without hesitation.

The food is actually very good, but there is a waitress who is always looking at you badly, treating you badly and that makes me give her this score.... It's unpleasant to go there to eat and be treated like that.
