A small fast food restaurant with Balkan specialties.
I had a sandwich with Qebapa (Balkan sausages) and it was excellent. Very good meat and homemade bread!
You can eat on site but there are around ten places.
The staff is very welcoming and smiling.
Top !
First you can see the park in which the exhibition and monuments are located.
Up the stairs you can see the dates and names of the people who raised the torch and what day and year it was.
If you go to the museum itself, at the entrance there is a reception and a shop with souvenirs and toys. There are free exhibitions and paid ones. At the time I was there there was no free exhibition, since they removed it due to the fact that they were preparing for something.
Av. du Tribunal-Fédéral 4, 1005 Lausanne, Switzerland, Vaud
Not the first time I've been there. I loved it but I don't know what's going on. I took the soyu ramen, the meat was already not the same as before and really very fatty. As well as the broth. In short, really disappointed, it was my favorite ramen in Lausanne. But not anymore.
The level has dropped in terms of the quality of the ingredients but the prices are the same.
A Michelin starred implant right on the best hospitality school of Switzeeland is such a delight, especially for visiting family and friends of students of EHL. Nice to witness the future hoteliers being trained in such a competitive culinary setting…
