I recommend this restaurant to people who are tired of life, I knew when I was preparing it that it wouldn't taste good. Complete disaster

We were first let in however after exiting the club they denied us to enter back in, saying we‘d never even paid. Even though we had the bracelets they‘d somehow forgotten. (My friends were people of color) Music is okay and the location is small. Don‘t expect getting in unless you are blond, have blue eyes with a dark blue polo shirt.

It's crazy that you can sell that. Today I got a kebab in flatbread and the meat tasted like it was 3 days old. The kebab was sweet and really inedible. Staff: what are you using rubber gloves for if you only wear one Absolute no go, I'll never go there again

I recently had the opportunity to visit the Bretzelkönig and unfortunately my experience was less than satisfactory. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by unfriendly staff who were more occupied with their cell phones than with the customers. This set the stage for a visit marked by poor service from start to finish. While I was about to place my order, the staff seemed to show little interest and asked me stupid questions that obviously suggested they didn't really want to listen to my needs. The feeling of disrespect was compounded as they continued to be engrossed in their cell phones during the ordering process. This is not only rude, but also unacceptable as it diverts attention from the customer and shows inappropriate prioritization. The entire atmosphere in the Bretzelkönig was characterized by indifference and disinterest. In addition to being unprofessional, the staff seemed unmotivated to provide adequate customer service. The fact that they were on their cell phones while I was ordering shows a lack of respect for the customers and their work. The quality of customer service is crucial for me when it comes to whether I will visit a place again or not. Unfortunately, the visit to the Bretzelkönig did not meet my expectations in any way. It's unfortunate that a company that obviously has a delicious selection of products is marred by such abysmal customer service.

Very unfriendly staff. Was served by an old white lady who didn't really feel like it and let out her bad mood on the customers.

In the morning, eyes still puffy, it has become bitterly cold, the fuel gauge is red, the last line indicates that the tank will soon be empty... Stop at the BP gas station, the tank is quickly filled, the icy cold is already scratching which requires slices, makes your fingers freeze... bbrrrrr comfortably warm inside the gentleman who looks friendly says a coffee to wake you up and warm your fingers?

Wife forced me to buy more. The woman is very rude.

I love the BK but the BK is catastrophic, food is miserable, children's menu, no toys for a month. I don't feel any more+ either

Unfortunately the restaurant will close on December 20th, 2019. The management is making a big mistake here. It's a shame about the motivated employees.

Zu lange Lieferzeit. Über 2h und niemand wollte ans Telefon. Danach der Knaller, eines von sechs Menüs wurde vergessen, aber danach nichts dagegen unternommen. Great service!

It's very bad that the opening time on Wednesday is stated until 8.30 p.m. on the internet. However, May 20th is in front of the closed door and the settlement is made. Please adjust the times. Then you know what's going on! Thanks
