Nice place to eat fresh food. They make everything from scratch. The service is unique and recipes are customizable. They are happy to hear feedback. Tea has authentic Indian taste.

5 stars all round. I have always been slightly intimidated and always extremely disappointed by restaurants whose "fine dining" reputation goes before them. Nothing could be further from this statement by D'Chuchi. Every aspect from the service, ambience, treatment by staff and finally the food, was perfect. A real added and unexpected bonus was I left NOT feeling hungry. Many restaurants believe a sign of quality equates to "less is more", this was NOT the case here as I left feeling more than satiated. So I actually thank D'Chuchi for restoring my faith in restaurants which deliver high class food, by presenting an honest and down to earth face and for treating their customers with respect without having to resort to artificial flattery. I know I reduce my chance for obtaining a reservation of my choosing in the future by submitting a 5 star review, but if I could submit a 6 out of 5, I would do so in this occasion. Flavourful fantasy world!! Who could imagine that food (let alone vegetarian) could be crafted and curated so meticulously?! The sweet swirls with the spicy while the sour dances with the umami - an evening of sheer satisfaction, unique discovery, magical tastes. Thank you for giving us a night to remember - right from the very first booking, confirmation email, prompt communication for the kids and our group, to the actual dinner with impeccable and friendly service - thanks to you we will surely be sending loads of recommendations and hope to be back someday for more! It was truly an honour to dine at Magdalena 🙏🏻

I came to this restaurant 3 years ago, and I swear the chef has to earn at least 1 Michelin star! The food is impeccable and the chef was very nice to customers!

Best Coffee in Basel , Excellent Service , Cute Dog! As a Home Barista junkie it's really hard to travel... coffee will always be an issue because there are so many bad coffees out there. This was the best Coffee we had in Basel ! I would go there again and don't waste my time trying others. The Barista dialed in perfect Flat Whites for me and my wife. Service was excellent and we finally weren't depressed about only having bad coffee. Thanks!

A fantastic place where you can have a breakfast in peace. My family and I were warmly welcomed into this cafe and experienced a noteworthy breakfast. We had a croissant with jam and an absolutely delicious homemade cake accompanied by a cappuccino made to perfection as if we were in Italy. Congratulations again to the owner and his partner and thank you for your sympathy and kindness. I hope to return soon to try the savory dish!
