a very cold lady and in a hurry she snatched my 50 note in an almost "aggressive" manner, it's nonsense I don't recommend coming to have your coffee in this café even though the pastries are good.

Since the renovation, it's no longer a comfortable place: it's loud, there's no place to sit - the guests crowd around the outside wall on white, uncomfortable benches without cushions. There is unnecessary emptiness in the middle. What they were thinking is a mystery to me - that's why unfortunately 1 star for the ambience. Pastries and coffee are still good, price is okay depending on the location.

I was in Zurich as a tourist and found the restaurant by chance. The quality and taste were convincing, and the service was pleasant and friendly. Price performance is therefore okay. I particularly liked the proximity to the lake :)

After checking in at 4 p.m. we wanted to move into the room. Oh shock, the room wasn't tidy and they forgot to prepare it. The second thing we had to realize was that it was not the south-facing panorama room we had booked and confirmed, but that we had been allocated a room with a north-east orientation. We immediately intervened at reception, with the result that the room was prepared immediately. The argument of an upgrade with a larger area was used to change the allocation of rooms. However, we weren't happy with the room, but we still had to acquiesce and, disappointingly, accept it. The breakfast buffet corresponds to the standard of a 3-star hotel. However, the staff seems to be overwhelmed and not technically trained. The buffet was not kept up to date and the tables were not cleared after leaving. When you spoke to the staff you got negative answers. There is an enormous need for action here! We were very disappointed with the hotel stay. Basically, the rooms would be pleasantly furnished and the bathroom would be clean and attractively equipped.

Waiting waiting for the toast, 15 minutes passed and I had to ask for it!

Very friendly hostesses, We stayed 2 nights, spacious room, very comfortable bedding, nothing was missing in the bathroom. Hearty breakfast, unlimited, salty, sweet, dairy, fresh and dried fruit. We will come back with pleasure.

Kebab without much taste. The chicken is quite fatty and deserves to be roasted more. The service listens. It's clean.

The nice surprise of this year’s gourmet passport! 3 excellent Indian dishes and good value for money. The waitress very nice. Easy to park. Just a shame the hockey match on TV...but it's a detail it was very good.

Here you can use the toilet for 1Fr. It's faster than in Heidiland. And in Heidiland there is only a 50Rp coupon back, which can ONLY be redeemed in the Marche. Unfortunately I can't report anything about the cleanliness. I noticed the toilet too late.

Good place with decently priced dishes and good quality food. We had a beef tartare and horse steak, well served! And fast service.
