The hotel was very dirty and in need of renovation. The rooms are old, the duvet has dirty stains on it, no TV and no fridge. Very noisy even the room doors are not sealed. Curtains were also broken. One would expect more from the price. Great 5 star view on the lake, train station nearby. Not recommended, sorry

Not fresh, not warm, too small and too expensive. Price/performance is not right here.

Very pleasant apartment with a superb view of the lake. Please note, this is not really a hotel, but rather a small apartment. It's perfect for a couple, or even a small family. It is very spacious, comprising a bedroom/bathroom, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. It is located above a restaurant, so in the evening there can be a bit of noise and the light from the restaurant outside can be slightly distracting, but there are shutters. Otherwise, it's very quiet, and if you wake up early, I recommend taking a walk along the lake, it's superb. The apartment was very bright thanks to many windows. The only downside was that there were quite a few cobwebs on the chandeliers and a few insects, but that's probably due to the proximity of the lake. I recommend this place and will return.

Ambience and service great! Unfortunately the owner is completely aggressive and violent, especially towards women! A pity! Otherwise it would be a great place to celebrate!

When I visited Andulino, the restaurant was quite dark. The lights were dim so I didn't feel comfortable. Pizza tasted great. The knife that came with it to cut the pizza was quite blunt and because the pizza was so greasy I slipped the knife twice and almost cut myself. Would not recommend this restaurant. Then go to Papazziano on the third floor.

Catastrophe! The service couldn't be worse. Rude, inattentive and arrogant. It's like going begging to them! I'm happy to pay anything at Starbucks for the quality, but the service should also be good. A pity…
